Oh wait, someone else already wrote about this drama. They said one of the husbands is horrible to his wife and…
Yeah that makes a lot of sense, I was sort of new to dramas at the time (and didn't know about dramalist to see ratings) but I definitely would have heeded the warning in the reviews if I had!
WOW! I may have to check out this drama lol. Do you think it's worth the watch?
(I'm pretty sure it was around a year ago when I watched it so I may not be remembering everything correctly!)
I enjoyed the storyline and interactions between the leads a lot in the beginning; the actors were good it felt like a very typical cohabitation/marriage contract drama which is usually one of my favorite tropes, but just because of how immoral this plot twist in the middle felt it really turned me off from enjoying the rest T_T (though I did end up finishing it just to see how everything turned out). However, there is a "season 2" (which I haven't seen), but I've heard it's like the original but in basically an alternate timeline with the same actors and characters but all the messed up stuff doesn't end up happening, so some watchers found it a lot more enjoyable! From what I've heard, the second season can be watched on its own without seeing the first since it is basically a different story. (I'm not sure if this helped at all T_T)
I am so glad to see Well-Intended Love on this list.. though I was actually enjoying the drama through the first half and I thought the ML was "average possessive man" you unfortunately see in a lot of dramas (that hurt to type), the plot twist about the medical records and stalking only to be romanticized again just turned me completely away.. it was so messed up
yes DH was a bit manipulative in the way that he didn't give nabi much of a choice whether to date him or not, but i really feel DH really isn't as obsessive as most people are making him out to be in these forums. like what user @Lorelai Gilmore said a little farther down in the comments, the things he is doing are normal for someone at his age with a long-time crush (wanting to make food for nabi, go on dates, meet up). if him showing up near her house was too much for some of you, remember that JE literally followed her home too T_T nobody is that good in this drama but i really think DH isn't the villain some of you want him to be.
i'm not minding the 1 episode per week since the series is so short and i wouldn't want to end it too fast but i really do wish that the episodes could have been at least 30-40 minutes :/ i feel like it would just feel more developed, and NDR's hug moment with KSR wouldn't have felt so out of the blue T_T still really cute though, i'm enjoying it a lot so far !
sol and jiwan's scene almost made me cry i really hope everything will work out between the both of them.. them and the two post-graduates are honestly more interesting than the main couple atp. i'm also curious to see how bitna's relationship will turn out bc i've been agreeing with gyuhyuk a lot about her actions but i still want them to be able to find a middle ground and make up, even if they agree that staying at a friendship would be better.
*****RANT****It looks like Na Bi is keeping Jae Hyeok around just to prove that she is little sane and have not…
i agree with you that NB really needs to get herself together at this point because she's just being selfish trying to keep both JE and DH, but JE really isn't innocent either. he's still trying to convince NB (and himself) that he genuinely could like only her, but did he not go to the bar in the last episode and go home with another girl? it seems like he wants just as many options as her. as for DH, i don't think he is overly praising NB because i think he just genuinely likes her and sees her through rose colored glasses, but i definitely do think he is putting a lot of pressure on her by only giving her the options to either date him or someone else instead of just staying friends. really interesting view though ! :)
THIS IS SUCH A GREAT IDEA AND SYSTEM WOW i have been meaning to do something along the lines of this since i have been finding myself becoming an impulsive dropper as well, and i think this is giving me the motivation to try it out this summer !
