I honestly don’t think KMC is her biological daughter. She is still competing and winning gold but according to MC’s age she would be pregnant and giving birth a few years before that interview. I don’t think it makes sense for her to compete after going through child birth.
What I really love is that this drama made the side characters stay relevant. All of them had stories to tell. I usually skip side characters but even Hee Do’s mom and coach scenes are worth watching.
