well jaeha’s character is pretty much a creepy groomer so i’m not sure how much you’re gonna even enjoy his arc for you to “push through it”, just drop it and watch his scenes on youtube or something.

he is, he’s independent, got friends and is doing things he likes, he’s got his own interests and growing his living space to be functioning for his hobby is actually really nice and something he did because he wanted to. it would be exactly the same for eunah? she’s living just to what? be a hotelier? serve people? then there’s even a difference there because instead of only working for the job that finally gave him a peace of mind, he’s actively doing things he enjoys, including biking and jogging, he’s a normal person lol sorry he doesn’t have multiple girlfriends and isn’t living life to your standards? 90% of the world’s population lives like this (some like it some not, it’s different for each) and many consider itself as being happy and at peace, others even wish to accomplish what he has?

how is making his grandparents financially stable, making sure his brother was self sufficient, quitting the job that was sucking out the soul from him to do something that he found stable and peaceful, and finding a hobby he adores and now is giving him an exit if he ever wants to go this as a side work, wasting his life at all?

the zero chemistry part is funny because it’s the complete opposite for 99% of the people who have watched it, as for the ml being sad because he literally lost his parents months prior and is carrying the weight of taking care of an impaired brother, if you don’t like to see such nuance in the struggles of a person then it’s just not for you.

that’s such a lie it’s even quite funny, she’s been praised non stop in korean sites for her voice and nice intonation, people are happy and relieved to hear such a nice voice from a fl, her acting is natural and fresh, even got articles out that couldn’t believe this is her first lead project. you wanted to be different so bad.

well then we will see, but you can’t judge a beautiful introduction of the two eps based on your predictions of what’s next. jinyoung said they would also explore their late 30s together so it seems like they could make up by ep 6 to leave the four last episodes to wrap up things nicely, it’s a melodrama so i think four eps of a little good angst between them figuring things out again is perfect.

i mean it seems like it isn’t for tiktok era people with severe attention span problems, but yes. the second episode gets even more immersive than the first ep!
