I totally get you! Don’t worry, when they start throwinf in romance, its gonna be the main focused, which i do not want either, cause the cases from season was so interesting and good. I want them to develop more interesting cases a d focus on writing the investigative process too! I’m praying 🙏

No, I definitely agree. I swear whenever romance is added, the “crime” part just become less interesting and all the focused be on the romance rather than the cases.

I think OP meant it’s the same actor playing both role. Zhou Zhou is with Li Yang, whereas this movie is for Li Ran, and since it’s written by the same author, there’s related content.

I just finished this yesterday, and it's definitely a great start of 2023 for me. Super refreshing, even though they were teenagers, yet their relationship were so mature. No annoying second female or male leads. The character development is great, and honestly, everything was adorable. I was surprise to learn that most of them were brand new actors/actresses, so I'm excited for their future projects.

The slow burn definitely my favourite, it shows the progress of them getting together which I enjoyed soooo much

Hey, are you talking about the tax invasion or her kids situation? Because right now there’s some new confirmed information that’s happening involving her kids, that seems morally wrong, so I don’t think it’s just Chinese law/culture. She seems to have done a lot more than just a simple “mistake”
