CLW is for silly people like me!

SOO... when I said to people: I will watch CLW (Cupid's Last Wish) they were like "It's bad", but let me tell you the truth: I think people were still in A Tale of Thousand Stars.

I understand since this was the second series of EarthMix as a couple, and people were with high expectations since ATOTS was a fucking masterpiece, but CLW it's not bad. It's not something FUCKING GOOD AND MEMORABLE like ATOTS, it's a rom-com, and with fantasy. The main point here is being funny and silly, and they did this Very Well. I have so much fun watching this. It was so enjoyable and fun. It's body-switching but in a funny way, not in a hard and sad, so it's great! I don't like body-switching but as I said, it's so fun!

About the acting, Earth (Korn) and Mix (Win) are good, as always, they are good actors. But for me, who really caught my attention was Jan. Her acting was AMAZING as Win and Lin. I already knew her but damn, she's incredible! She's so underrated and that's so sad. She's like, amazing. For real.

The soundtrack it's so good and funny, I loved it.

Cupid's Last Wish is a funny rom-com and what I say is: Don't watch with expectations. Actors can do very different roles with very different plots, that's literally acting. But if you don't like rom-com and are expecting something deeper, go watch another title. CLW is for silly people like me!

We love a healthy couple.

I have a lot to say, OMG.

Vice Versa has a very complicated plot, because of the storyline and many things happening, at first it's really hard to understand things, but that's not a real problem since even the characters were lost, so I am...

Fantasy it's not really easy to write, with a multiverse, it's more complicated. But I really like the way that this was organized because JittiRain and the screenwriters did a very good job. When I saw that it's the same screenwriting team from Bad Buddy, A Tale of Thousand Stars, and MSP... Makes sense! Their job is amazing. The fantasy part it's was well constructed. But what amazed me was the relationship construction.

About PuenTalay, because doesn't have stronger time indicators, you don't see the time passing in the series, until the characters mention it. And when you realize the time: They are a very slow-burn couple. But it's amazing because their relationship is very well developed. It's beautiful.

Their action was good! I think Sea (Talay) impressed me more than Jimmy (Puen), but they both did a good job! Their chemistry it's insane too, damn. And their kisses: they served.

The details were excellent too, the episodes with the color's names and everything on the episode based on the color were amazing and very smart. Cute, too.

Everything is good, and I will not go on a lower note bcs the series it's well done. But, it didn't amaze me SO MUCH. I really liked it, but I didn't LOVE it. Idk exactly why. My only little problem was with the open little details in the end, it's on purpose, but I personally don't like open things. But it's not a big deal.

It's a 7, but it's <3 so cute

It's adorable! I gave a 7, but is actually very cute and sweet! But let me tell you, point by point.

About the story: I didn't like the development, and 12 episodes were so much, the series easily will fit into 10 or maybe 8 episodes.

Thinking about Gun (Force) and Cher/Laem (Book), I was really endeared by their dynamics, it was 2 roles that fit them very much. Cher was so, so, SOOO adorable, I wanted to bite him. He was so cute, sweet, gentle, and such a sunshine! And that's exactly why I was a little upset with the screenplay, bcs some actions and things that he did was just so weird when you think about his personality?? About Gun, he was such a gentleman, but... they described him as a cold person and he just wasn't at all? Just a normal boss ig. And that made me a little lost.

In action topics, ForceBook was very good! Force (Gun) was perfect. But I have to say: I love Book, he is a good actor and SO CHARISMATIC (and that's exactly why he's a perfect Cher) but he really slacked in dramatic scenes, all his crying scenes were weird and not natural, it looks like he was really forcing and it wasn't working.

About other characters, the gamers were a very cute group of people, and they were REALLY good, supportive, and caring friends, but Jack made me a little ermmm bcs some of his attitudes. Nothing too deep, tho, he was a good friend at all. Three and Zo were a cutie couple too!

What feels so weird about AB&AB it's that we have 12 episodes, but seems like I didn't watch 12 episodes at all, but at the same time, 12 episodes for what? Because what exactly was happening in all that TWELVE epsiodes? Weird, IDK how to explain at all so... That's it.

It's REALLY REALLY beautiful, but something was missing...?

I only do light and brand spoilers, ok?!

The Eclipse it's A THING. I really need to tell yall about point by point bcs is a really complicated series.

It's one of the best actings that I watched in thai BLs. I already was familiar with Khaotung and his sweet eyes but seeing him in a cool and confident character was so different, in a very good way, bcs it's exactly what Ayan was: a cool and "confident" character but he was also sweet, his words and actions made me fall in love with him. He is a teenager that suffered a lot and that explains his actions, he was also STILL in mourning and that is really important when we analyze him. About First (Akk), I totally understand why he was chosen for this character. First has such sweet eyes and a smile that you NEVER will tell that he made bad choices, you always are driven to trust in him. That's exactly why he was chosen to do Yok (Not Me) too, in my opinion.

But, I really have to agree with other reviews, the story it's a little... It's definitely not bad or badly written but something it's cleary missing?? Idk what exactly was lost but something definitely was. In the end, makes sense, they are teenagers, and they ARE lost.

Anyways: I love them. I love the way that was made, but when I finished I was like... uhmm? That's it? What?

BUTTT we have an Our Skyy of The Eclipse and maybe that was planned so maybe my answers will be at the special?

It's messy but it's funny

It's actually bad, and messy, and the plot twist it's bullshit. But it's funny and ForceBook are sooo charismatic and has such good chemistry that they kinda make it work..? But I watched knowing that it was bad and that made the experience just fine, it was exactly what I was expecting, something funny and cool to watch after watching a tough series, and worked for me!

It's kinda camp? I guess.. And my god the CGI was so fucking bad that I almost cried from laughing.

About the main character: Akk BEST BOY, he's lovely, caring and funny. Theo is fucking boring and I didn't like him at all...

Resuming: It's bad but it's funny and you can enjoy if you watch with low expectations like me.

It's a really good story, with good production, and good actors. Almost a 10.

This series is a masterpiece, as a person who watched other OffGun works, I was really curious since one of my friends love this series. And God, he was so right.

OffGun as SeanWhite was amazing, the intimacy, I feel like I was in the middle of something that I shouldn't. Their acting was SO GOOD, and everyone knows that Gun is incredible, but it was the first time that Off really make me shocked by his acting skills.

Gun was absolutely perfect for the twins, the way that he acts for each twin it's so detailed. And especially for Black, bcs White still has some sweetness which is totally Gun, but Black... He was Black.

The only reason that I gave 9.5/10 and not just a 10, was bcs Dan and Yok. I fucking hate their arc, and I fucking hate Dan. Yok forgave him, but NOT ME. I hate cops so much and men too all they do is lie. And I didn't like the acting of Fluke (Dan), he did a "good job", but I found so superficial, but First (Yok) amazing acting totally saved the day.

In resume: This so much more than a simple romance series, though they don't "represent" me, bcs I don't see myself directly in the characters, I deeply connected with them, with their feelings. It was really impressive.

It's a really good story, with good production, and good actors. Almost a 10.

It’s cute… but deadly boring.

They are insanely cute and adorable—1 million more good adjectives could describe them. But the main issue is that, unfortunately, the series is boring.

First of all, I have to say they have one of the healthiest relationships I’ve ever seen in a boy love series, especially considering they’re just two teenagers in high school. Their relationship is dialogue-based, they’ve grown up together, and their conflicts are resolved together in a very healthy way. It’s so cute. Adorable.

But here’s the problem: it’s so plain. It feels like nothing is happening. And when we’re talking about a series that’s 100% focused on being cute, you have to add some kind of flavor. Normally, the “flavor” comes from fun scenes or moments that make you laugh. This series does have fun scenes, but they’re not actually funny.

For example, Atom is a fun character, but he’s more cute than genuinely fun. And Kongthap? He’s completely serious—a normal boy through and through. When you mix all this together, it ends up being extremely boring.

Their actings were on point too. But you can do only so much with this script.

So, in all aspects that I can review: yes, they’re cute, they have a healthy relationship, and the series is overall well-directed and well-shot. But despite all of that, it’s just boring. I was honestly tired and waiting for it to end. The side couple is actually cute and fun too, but they kinda have a little too much screentime.

In summary: it would have been so much better if it were a little funnier. Points for the cute OSTs, but they kind of feel out of place. There’s no real musical aspect in the series, and I know they added music because it’s GeminiFourth, but it just doesn’t make sense. Still, it’s great.

They knocked me out to make me fall in love with this series.

First of all, I have to say that I'm a VERY demanding person when we talk about series, films, and audiovisual productions in general. It's my study area too.

So, when I say that this BL is a 10/10, I'm very serious about it. It's magic. Also, if you're worried about the age gap, don't be, it's completely innocent.

About the storyline, it's precious. You understand the characters and you fall in love with their development. The plot IS SO ORIGINAL! I know that's based on a novel, but I really have to recognize the director's ability to put that in a series, bcs it's so different from everything that we have in the BL world. It's a typical comedy Thai BL, funny, and exaggerated. But the way that they portrayed the characters made everything so delicate.

I also love how it's SO THAI. It's not a product made for international fans, it's for Thai people. The culture, the references from the 90s, it's so unique.

But all of them would be nothing without the incredible performance of Tar (Noey) and Bom (Thi). They both killed their characters, Noey it's such a specific character, and the way that Tar portrayed him was essential to the final product. And Bom too, since Thi character needed to be really REALLY cute, and Bom is adorable. The way that he was so natural, even with the character exaggerations, was absolutely lovely.

Really, I Will Knock You it's a magic experience, one of the best BLs that I have ever watched. It's amazing. Also, I love Noey for life, the best character ever.

The fear can make us lose beautiful things, right?

I loved so muchhh!!!

The plot is adorable, and their development is so cute. But what I really liked about these series is that they REALLY look like a couple. In many Korean BLs, you see the two male protagonists and look weird: bcs they don't look like a couple, just two friends.

But Wan and Kitae are a couple, they have skinship, they KISS, and they look enamored with each other. It's adorable.

Both actors are GREAT too!

And Wan final message about being happy now, living the now and not the future was beautiful too.

Yes, it's my favorite.

I have so many things to say, I didn't think that this series, that I just started watching for funsies and because I was bored would be so beautiful and important to me. About the storyline: It's fucking perfect. Everything it's so well done, and it's one of the best screenplays that I ever watched, every single thing that was mentioned was developed, and nothing was mid.

The characters are so interesting, and I like how the second roles are not forgotten, they are developed too! It's amazing.

About Gawin and Krist: They are so fucking good. Really GREAT actors. And Kawi and Pisaeng were two incredible characters, I loved both of them.

Also, the OSTs and the photography were BEAUTIFUL. Really, this is a masterpiece. Thanks JittiRain for another incredible work.

The ending that The Eclipse story needed.

It's so beautiful. I agree that their fight was childish, but they are so young after all. I mentioned in my The Eclipse review that something was missing but maybe the Our Skyy will make that ending. And yes, I was right. It's adorable seeing them growing up in their relationship. It was a little, just a little, bitter, but life is like this. Makes sense.

When I finished The Eclipse, I really missed seeing more about their relationship, and this special delivered me what I want: Seeing them as a couple, for real, without the Suppalo's problems, just them. They have a healthy but obviously teen relationship, and that is beautiful.

And the OST is very cute. I will miss them a lot.

Disappointing...

I'm going to be straightforward bcs I'm upset.

The script was boring, messy, LAZILY written. They didn't have any real conflicts, and what they had was so stupid. None of the characters was developed, it's upsetting.

It's also rushed: the directing and screenwriting are a horrible combination. In the end, it is kinda fun to watch, but only bcs the actors are AMAZING.

Mark and Ohm did such an amazing job, insane chemistry, cuteness, and they are SO funny. It's upsetting how even they are disappointed with the series and its engagement. GMM did my boys dirty.

Also, cheers to Poon, he's the funniest MF, hope that he and MarkOhm can collaborate in the future. IN A PROPER SERIES.

Lazy screenwriting and stupid plots

I just really feel sad for the actors who are AMAZING, cute patooties, and deserved better characters. Well, let's go. My reviews are always structured by: screenwriting, directing, and acting (while touching on other points in the middle).

It's one of the worst screenplays ever, and it's disappointing because their screenwriting team (they are from a crew) is one of the best, and the people involved were some of my favorite artists in this field. That’s probably why it's so unsettling to me that they were so lazy with this script.

"Boys in Love" doesn’t really have conflicts. Which is not necessarily the problem, it’s weird for a Y-series, but it’s NOT the problem. The problem is that you don’t see development or growth in any of the characters. They start the series and end the series THE SAME, which is a big problem for a series that was supposed to talk about growth, falling in love as a teenager, and the conflicts that come with it (like choosing your career path, dealing with frustrations, etc.).

The main couple, KitShane, was so badly handled. Like… everything was rushed, they get together so early, and then NOTHING relevant happens. KimMon was INSUFFERABLE, and I feel bad for Aston (Mon) to have to play such an idiot. ALL OF THEIR fights were stupid, and not silly like teens fighting, it was plain stupid, and I don’t think they grew out of it during the series. The only fun thing for me in the teens was the couple that wasn’t even a real couple in the series, PerTar (they are hinted but they don't really happen). They were pretty funny, and Tar was my favorite character. He was so funnyyyy. AND PODDPAPANG, I LOVED IT. OLD MAN YAOI. I just feel sad that they weren’t better developed.

Their acting was amazing… especially Luke (Kit). He was a good surprise to me since I didn’t know what to expect. Chokun (Kim) is also amazing, but I already knew my boy. Aston (Mon) was such a good surprise to me. KenPaul were adorable in their little screentime. Podd and Papang, amazing as ALWAYS. Such a good crew for such a BORING series, it makes me a little sad.

At least the series was BEAUTIFULLY filmed. The scenes, scenarios, AMAZING, as always. Parbdee Studios are THE BEST. Everything was cute and beautiful. The directing was okay, but with that script, not even a miracle would save it.

Boring. It would be a 4 if I didn’t like the boys so much.

Messy… but they made it work.

First of all, it’s a bit messy… but still insanely good. It feels like they threw together a mix of everything supernatural and—ta-da!—somehow, it works. The story might lack cohesion at times, but it’s so catchy that it redeems itself.

Now, let’s talk about the acting. OH. MY. GOD. It’s top-tier, with some of the best talent in Thailand (except for Foei… what a trash). Gun and Tor were absolutely breathtaking, and Namtan and Nanon were perfect too. The performances are so powerful they elevate the entire production.

Overall, I’m still in awe. Can’t believe GMM pulled this off—it’s that good!

We Are dolphins singing Symphony

It's plain happiness. It feels like we're dolphins and we're all singing Symphony by Zara Larsson together bcs it's really plain happiness. They don't have actual problems, maybe a little miscommunication but it's like, 20 minutes long, everything is simple and funny. If you want something to LOVE LAUGH LIVE, that's the series. It's just... how can you have 4 main couples, 1 hinted couple, and still, be so... empty? Also, it's unfair that ChainPun doesn't have development bcs in SIXTEEN episodes (really, for WHAT?) they have 2 proper scenes of them. TanFang and QToey being funny and cute saves the show bcs the main couple was so fucking boring... enemies to lovers? Like in the first opportunity, they're already sucking each other faces.

Well, about the couples:
- PhumPeem (PondPhuwin): Boring... cute, but still boring. Points for Phuwin meowing. Points for them being the first BL couple that I watched who really have a flirting stage. They have a normal couple development but considering all the time that it took... it was a little too much?
- TanFang (AouBoom): SO FUCKING FUNNY they carried the show along with QToey, but they were very underdeveloped. Like you blink and they're together out of nothing.
- QToey (WinnySatang): Surprisingly, the best development between all the couples. They're the only of all of them who really have a history and reasons.
- ChainPun (MarcPoon): They didn't have screentime at all but when they appeared, it was fun. JUSTICE FOR THEM!

In resume: Sixteen episodes with basically every couple with bad development and hours of filler episodes where PhumPeem was just flirting when you could take that time to make proper character constructions. It's not a bad series, fr, it's funny and it's enjoyable. But it does have BIG screenplay holes, and it's such basic things that it just feels that they did a very lazy job. They really don't have proper problems and things like that, so, if you just want happiness, you will like it. But on a technical point: it's a LAZY screenwriting job. Like so fucking lazy.
