This drama would have been so much better without the ridiculous management war...
I think it would have worked better if they finished the conflict earlier. It seems almost completely irrelevant at this point(2 episodes left!).

In my opinion, it does affect the plot in that the romance speeds up a bit towards the end and Yeong Oh changes(as in character development) quicker. Honestly, this drama has enough plot to extend to 20 episodes. However, the drama is still worth watching :)
