it's one of those things where for instance reading a texting message and hearing something verbally....one you may be able to digest better than the other.
in this sense...when one reads a book, publication, manga, comic ect ect ect...it may be a tad easier to to grasp or vice-versa seeing the show/movie may be easier to understand/grasp. in this case the show did very few favors. that said, it wasn't the crippling emotional anxiety that had me drop the show, it was seeing this acted out....coupled with the hit/miss comedy...added with the endless episode staring...combined with the desire for the director to stretch long moments of emptiness into endless episodes.
