I binge watched it yesterday and my frustration is I personally don't care about forced kisses or steamy scenes,…
Omggg the novel had female emperor and women in high positions? Then doesn’t this current setting entirely differ? What point of the novel have the adapted then:O
What in the makjangdrama was the middle of episode 8 🤣🤣 also, I was gonna drop this but omg insta showed ep 8 preview of lead couple and he chemistry was chemistryingggg lol but omg the story is sooooo bizarre, honestly I’m just watching it for the face card now lol
I’ve been trying to watch this ever since I finished blood of youth two years ago and then realised it’s got HMH (loved him ever since back from the brink) but have always given up before ep 1 even ended lol. Now just off from watching key to the phoenix heart and blossoms of power and realised this got He Yu toooo, broooooo. I’ve got to watch this now!!!!
this drama had its ups and downs but I enjoyed it for the most part. that last arc in the last 5 or so episodes…
Yes I still got beef with the granny too, me too almost dropped it, thank god for the ep where all the sisters stood against her one by one (except sis 5 lol)
I think they really did everyone dirty with the draggy capital arc. Honestly it started strong, with tea shop selling low grade, jianglai in a position he needed shanbao to remind him his own strength but man what a disappointment. I really felt bad for all the characters, actors and the audience in the last 4 episodes lol.
Nevertheless this was a truly remarkable, unique drama for me and for that I’ll give credit where it’s due. The tea farms were always such a fresh breath to watch and everything related to it.
Overall I guess 8/10 (-2 cause the last arc really just put me off, they could’ve just given me more romance in alllll the rest of the episodes and I wouldn’t have minded booooo)
I do think they did really well with the depiction of good staff, workings of the department in electronics company anda good task force team. But the romance seemed too stunted for me personally. It made sense on paper, just didn’t get me excited lol. “Cute nevertheless, good for them”kind of feels 😂😂
what did I just watch? that was rough! completely agree with you, the apology did nothing for me either
It just felt so damn alienating. Mentally, physically, every way and then the apology didn’t even make sense. Aiyaah I hate it but nope, I cannot have this guy for yijae.
Ep 6 was so tough and infuriating to watch. She shouldn’t have HAD to prove anything to him. He shouldn’t have made it so. I breathed when he apologised but I don’t think it made me feel better. So disappointed with Soo bin. It was soo difficult to watch her left alone amongst so many ppl. I couldn’t see any logic in it no matter how much I tried.
Omgggg this looks fun alsooooo, am I the only one who was watching key to the phoenix hear and thinking omg Riley wang and gong jun should be casted together as brothers, they looks quite similar and here I see this today hehieehehehheeh
I can’t believe I finished this cause I haaaaate love triangles, but the visuals were so good. Good looking cast is so addictive lol. I lowkey wanted this to be xiao wuyi and li mao bromance only 😉😉 but I enjoyed the characters and the storyline nevertheless.
so Prince Xin actually had a chance with Qingzhi if he just comunicate with her...
Right?? I keep wondering what went wrong and why xihe is sooo resentful towards their marriage even tho it seems he did try sigh. Is it simple a case of, he just wasn’t enough? (Which is understandable tbh)
