Daebak!! I never thought I would laugh this hard after a passionate epsiode like 14th. I was expecting something so different and episode 15 was just so hilarious. I was in splits 80% of the episode and rest of it I was telling the characters no to do it. How can they have such a vast range? This drama is seriously something else. Kudos to the writers. I cracked up SO bad. Gosh.
And it might be weird for a lot of people, but somehow I just like the combination of these 3. It's just SO funny! Jung Won and Hwa Shin are like kids fighting for candy seriously, look at their adorably sad faces when the candy is no ones LOL. And I love how Hyo Jin brings out even minutest of expression, you can sense the dilemma and how much she wishes thisweren't situation, just by her face. SO GOOD! Honestly, I cracked up so bad when she told both of them she loved them, but i can understand the feeling when the guys in question are these two amazing creatures *drool*
And about the blind date guy, i'm sensing some reference from some other series? Who is it?
Thankyou SO much for the detailed review. You stated points that were exactly what I needed to know in order to decide whether I should watch this or not. Your line about no comic relief saved me lol. Although it's really tempting with the actors (I really wanted to watch Woo Bin get the girl, after watching Heirs) but no thanks, melo is really not my cup of tea. So thanks for a good review :)
Oh absolutely. All of them and I'll add Ye Ji Wona and Kim Ji Suk, I loved them in Oh hae young! and Ji Jung Suk and Park Bo Young, they had a great chemistry <3
Have they even kissed yet? Will they? before the finale? Someone tell me. I just finished episode 5 and i need to know how slow the pace of the romance will be..
I definitely cringe to no limits when I see a weak female character. I've only been around Kdramas for a few montsh now, but the series I've watched till now all have strong female characters.
Be it She was pretty, Descendants of the sun, Another Oh hae young, Secret Garden, King2heart, Oh my venus, Healer, cinderella and 4 knights, my love from another star etc. I think they're trying to make good strong female leads now, so hopefully we would see more of it from now on?
All the Snow white theories make sense, but the lead romance still isn't something that makes you want it or something that even makes any proper sense. The male lead and second female lead are giving off all sorts of amazingnes, whether it's acting, intense scenes, realizations or sheer looks (even platonically speaking). The action scenes are good, acting from the main leads are really good and story seems progressive, but i'm stuck with the lead romance.
The way Hwa Shin looked at Na Ri at the beginning of episode 14 made my heart skip a beat. And those kisses at…
Exctly those first 10 mins made my heart skip several beats, more than the kiss itself. Just how he looked at her while he gave her the advice and then omg I bet he wanted to kiss her then and there. Ahh so good!

I was dying for the subbed episode to come ot and in the meantime I watched the first 2 minutes of the show w'o subtitles SO many times, cause I didn't want to go further w'o subtitles but I couldnt wait either. Torture!

I just finished W as well. It was really amazing for the first 12 episodes and i think that was because they actually squeezed as much as omance possible from the leads and it was soo good. But then it just goes downhill mostly because you're expecting SO much more after the initial episodes that it just falls short. Plus the last few episodes are all about the logics of the world. If you dont mind having lots of plot stories and logics and don't mind a non spectacular ending, it'll work for you. I liked W just fine. The kisses in particular are to die for!
This episode (14) was SO good. Right from the first scene to the last. There were SO many fav moments, the pep talk, the audition itself, the invisible Hwa Shin, the sandwhich scene with Jung Won, and it just burst out of the screen in the last scenes. SO GOOD. The converstion before the kiss was to die for. AHHH!! xD
It feels like a 16 episode series now.. I'm scratching my mind for what they will have for another 10 episodes and thats making me worry what all directions it will go. Oh god!
Otokke?!! I ship them all. michikettda! I ship: Hwa Shin - Na Ri Jung Won - Na Ri AND I ship Hwa Shin - Jung Won.…
Oops sorry.
And regarding the funeral, yeah she didn't know why he was being hit, but she knew he had a surgery.. she could have atleast tried to swtop? or atleast thought about it?
And the mud fight, yeah she didnt know they fought, again, she knew he is sick.. a little bit more care? But i suppose this one could still be ignore since she really didnt know they fought that bad. And thanks for the spoiler point :)
First off, this article is so well thought out and written. Kudos!
And Seondly, when I heard two actors from my fav series were coming together, I went crazy. And I literally told myself everyday not to watch it yet. Wait for it to end then we can just binge watch the hell out of it.
Nope. Couldn't do it. Couldn't wait to drool over JJS and fan sigh over GHJ. Now I'm going crazy waiting for each episode cause it's so damn good. The acting is par excellence. SO GOOD.
It's so good that every episode I pray more and more that it doesn't disappoint me as it goes on. I dont want it to have a great first half and a meh second. I want this one to be AMAZING. First to last.
I want whatever the scriptwriter and Director wish for the show to be executed and come to life to perfection cause It's obvious they're doing a great job and have lots in store for us.
Otokke?!! I ship them all. michikettda!
I ship:
Hwa Shin - Na Ri
Jung Won - Na Ri
AND I ship Hwa Shin - Jung Won.
I must say this series is SO damn good and the cast is stellar. Everytime I see Hwa Shin looking at Pyo Na Ri, i feel like I'll burst out crying.
Maybe it's my love for Hwa Shin (or more like Jo Jung Suk) I feel Pyo Na Ri is insenstitive sometimes. Like the time Hwa Shin's mom was hitting him on the funeral, she should have atleast tried to stop? Since she knew he onl just had the surgery :/
Then after the mud fight, she enjoying with Jung Won. I'm not saying thats wrong but DUDE, atleast think how he must be, especially cause he's sick?
She's so amazingly supportive and caring most times so these little times hit me hard. But I guess I am being partial?
