I hate when ML and FL act too understanding of evil characters. Here, they are full of it. LLTG is much better in this aspect

That's why I like the mysterious lotus casebook the best: because there are no royal politics. This is heavy with politics, which barred the viewers from enjoying the show overall.

'something like "May i help you".

The romance part is taking the "I May Love You" route. I don't see an early reconciliation.

Atleast she tried in this one in latter episodes.
The shows i mentioned, they are on high horse, wants ML to beg for affection.

What a tragic ending. ML should dump and look for a new love. I don't know what happens with the Kdrama writer. FLs can move on and find new partners, but not ML. They will lurk around FL, tramping his pathetic self until the end.
I watched two shows back to back, this and "Between Him and Her". The writer portrays MLs as soya cucks in both shows.

Unredeemable FL. Pathetic ML. The ending scene frustrated the hell out of me. I mean ML putting all the effort into the relationship and the FL with 0 capability with 100% baggage is still on the high horse.

So it's going to drag now, or will they reconcile sooner?

the only relief in this drama is ML. Nothing is interesting beyond that. Unfortunately, his screentime is very little.

Qing Qing's love confession to Gao Leng was awesome. He should have considered that rather than following Chen Su. She seriously didn't deserve him or you can say they are not a match.

just putting into words. I am liking it a lot too.

What is with this show? Every episode is like they serve us with a warm meal first then instead of dessert, a bitter juice is served.

I like to see some romance now. Even a little bit is not hinted so far.

FL is a red flag.

you have some good drams in "plan to watch" list which are definitly much better than this drama. Start with those.

i want that too. So loking to rewatch some other dramas.

The writer should see a psychiatrist after this show end.

I thought it was completed and I will give it a go but this is 24eps.

They wasted the last episode(30). Instead, they should have shown us more of second leads(duan rou and qi mingyu)

okay.
