Kdrama and their obsession with love triangle. Getting sick of it now. And kind of obvious, it ears half of the plot. I am making this statement in general not particularly for this show. Hope this show will not take that direction.
The only backdrop of this drama is that a murder(it's a suicide but i will say murder) goes unpunished and the murderers lived happily without guilt. I come to watch this because of chemistry b/w leads and the cuteness of FL.
I consider this, one of the best drama of it's genre, it has it's lacking but no matter how many times i watch it i never got bored with leads chemistry. It should be rated higher.
At this point ML is carrying the show. Unpopular Opinion: 2FL would do a better job than FL. But no hate to im suhyang, i liked her a lot in MNIGB and Graceful family but this role does not fit her somehow.
How can the whole show be so messed up, that you can't have one sigh of relief. Crime thrillers have less angst than this show. It would have been better if this will be a 2 hr movie.
The normalisation of toxic femininity in korean dramas made it losse it's essence for what it was. They try to portray that these kind of behaviour from FLs is nothing wrong, and they even go the extent of justifying cheating/infedility . MLs being cuckold to the very end. Total pathetic script writing. My statement is not particular for this drama but i have been seeing this trend in lots of kdramas.
What a cuckold character ML was. I started to like the last episode until the last 10s ruined it. It will justify and motivate more women to cheat and gets away with it. Seriously there is no excuse for cheating and no redemption.
This is one of the dramas where i fill pity for SLs more than the Leads. Even they are flawed, They got unnecessary involved in the fight of pride and prejudice b/w the leads.
