after watching first three episodes, does no one has an issue for the fact that just for a girl who took care…
the whole point is that his behavior comes back to bite him. you can tell from the trailers that the sabotage damages the ML and FL relationship. he's likely going to have to work his a** off to regain her trust. this is all about character development and how he becomes more mature as a person.
im excited to see Yang Zi in a (hopefully) more mature role. a lot of the characters she's played have been naive to the point of irritating for me, and ive not really enjoyed those performances. i really would like this drama to change my mind.
i don't really understand why people are so against Song Yi Ren. she's just doing her job portraying the roles she's given. it just so happens that she's often cast in more "innocent" and "naive" roles. she does a really good job in both Ever Night and in this drama, and there's great chemistry for the people she acts alongside. her characters have their own sense of integrity and individualism. sure the characters often depend on the ML to support her, but her characters have their own methods of thinking and doing things.
i have my own issues with this drama and Ever Night, but none of them surround SYR's ability to act. people really should try to differentiate between an actress and the character they portray. they're not the same person. it's upsetting that so many criticize her so unreasonably. i understand that every person has their own opinions, but those opinions can be phrased in a hurtful way and provide nothing to help a person improve their performances.
i really thought she was in more dramas, but i also thought she was older. hopefully she comes out with more soon!!! i really like her performance as Mi Ya in Flavour It's Yours (Instead of Tipsy, Why Not Get Drunk)
i didn't really feel like HYT had enough chemistry with WZE in Go Go Squid. maybe that's just me. but i hope that the recast will have more of a romantic energy to it
