I really enjoy fantasy but the damn wig lines are too distracting. I can't tell you how many times I've picked this up and dropped it.

Anyone know if this is supposed to go through the whole series? I'm on ep. 12 and I don't see how it will fit the rest in 9 episodes at the current pace.

Agreed. I look at this as more of a companion piece rather than a new version. And another way to get your money. It loses a lot without the whole picture. I think an extended edition would've been better.

If you liked the original, watched it multiple times, then yes it is worth watching. There are a good amount of extended scenes so far. If you weren't into the original or haven't watched it then it's not essential. There isn't anything that brings new light or changes to the story. If you haven't seen the original or read the novel then don't watch this first. It's too disjointed if you don't know what's going on.

The make up on Wu Que is distracting. It's so off. I'm trying to ignore it but it's really glaring.
