Can someone confirm that in the novel or whatever this show is based on......that Yims character is this big hulking…
It is according to the novel and regarding Yim’s physical appearance here… If I’m allowed to compare… he really built his body for this role… because if we see him back in Cutie Poe, Middleman’s Love, and Battle of The Writers… he really was that ‘cute, petite’ style…
Of course he’s not as muscular as Joss… but… we’re talking about a pretty similar sized pair (InthaEung) so I believe TutorYim did pretty well in portraying the visual of InthaEung… well… they got a pretty similar build I guess^^
Hang on... so not only is ChermChey from the same universe and Ai Long Nhai and Tonhon Chonlatee. But it's also…
I didn’t know that…? I thought it’s just the same author? Does it means Yoryak in Wandee Goodday was the same dude as Yak we saw yesterday wearing white shirt?
I thought the Q3 was about its filming timeline? It’s airing by then?
I believe it’s the filming timeline as Net mentioned in his Live yesterday that the script is still in revision progress soo… and the filming sequence be Hug E Lhee, You(r)tuber and then Restart… soo… I’m not 100% sure tho…
the pacing for that 'forgivement'... even the novel... Chapter 22 the arson scene and they forgave him in Chapter…
I might have to add that… when they read the weekly horoscope, I remember they had this ‘the biggest revenge is forgiveness’ so… that’s probably one of the reason…
I thought the lesbian couple was Unknown Lovers plot tho? I haven’t read both novels but… this one is indeed…
I’ve spent a week reading the novel (in Thai and a bunch of Northern dialect and old scriptures… TMI.. 🤣🤣) but I didn’t found a GL plot… so probably you’re mixing it up with either Unknown Lovers or Your Dear Daddy (both as in SKS and YDD have Phor Liang things tho)^^
You take two great actors who are clearly capable of showing every possible emotion. You give them good styling,…
the pacing for that 'forgivement'... even the novel... Chapter 22 the arson scene and they forgave him in Chapter 23... same goes for the series Ep 7 for the fire and Ep 8 for the forgiving... I don't get why Eung is soooo forgiving...
Just finished chapter 1 and a thing that I would like to mention is… the interview scene… why they add that?…
I finished the entire book last week and there are soooo many different 'trope, plot, image' that was visualized through the series (I get that screenplay and novel will never be the same but... just a little complain here) 1st thing first, I don't see the necessity of adding Tong and Gus tho as a bridge between Jade and Mai (I understand that they probably wanna introduce the pair but as for the plot... not so smooth)... The novel basically told us that the company cannot hire a lot of interns -well,, Mai was the only one and their precious talented intern but adding new character while not making Mai shine as much is just... also the concept of 'middleman' itself didn't really hit the spot (not really highlighted in the series to me) 2nd thing is the additional complaint of the first one,,, we should've had Jade's misunderstanding of Mai crushing on Uea instead (well, he understands his friends the most, and I believe the support and confidence he had in them would be described way better than randomly matching two interns that he barely knows). This would also deepen the story, as he would ask more questions about why Mai was into him. 3rd one shall be my complaint regarding the 'comical' character of Jade. I'm not sure whether the company is trying to create a certain image of Yim or something, but him being that 'extra' is a bit... I do believe if the book will ever be made into an animation Jade's character will probably be like the one shown on the series. 4th point I wanna mention is the drunk scene... I don't see an explanation scene in the series tho (well the day Mai get drunk and sleeps over Jade's place was actually him pretending to be drunk while trying to get close to Jade -as in he gets extra cuddly in the novel tho... there was explanation about this in the special chapter) 5th one shall be changing Loy Krathong into Songkran (I don't read any Songkran scene as I only see Loy Krathong after they become boyfriends... but this one is not a big problem tho) I still have sooo much more but I'll leave it in my own imagination... the issue regarding Jade's ex (we don't get the detailed explanation in the novel but I appreciate the screenwriter for adding the scene where we can understand the background of his insecurity). You didn't really mention that his ex was cheating on Jade tho... I think this one was pretty necessary so..
All in all,,, I actually satisfy myself reading the book while imagining TutorYim as the leads (Physically, Mii2 would've suited more for the characters but I'd say the character matches both TutorYim more for this...)
