It's good but it's definetly a slow burn romance with a bit of mystery and drama. The leads kiss in ep 3 but don't get together until episode 11. They have a lot of cute moments leading up to it though including their dance scene in ep 10. The romance again is a slow burn but throughout the show they have been arguing / behaving like a married couple so it was bound to happen eventually. Their banter / dynamic is hilarious imo. No breakups just the two insufferable second leads trying to tear the first leads apart. It gets annoying bc they're chasing after people who have no interest in them whatsoever. ML had interest in SFL at first bc he thinks she's his past lovers reincarnation but beyond just looks they have nothing else in common.

I hate how both SL’s are behaving fr. Do Sik is always acting like he’s some kindhearted person when he wants nothing more than to date In Hae and also save himself from his family’s curse. Like yes he helped In Hae but he shouldn’t be demanding her love or anything in return if he did it out of genuine kindness. Hae Won and him are two peas in a pod and they both feel entitled bc they invested a lot of time / money into the motel. Istg when Hae Won made that comment about their “shabby motel” I lost it bc one minute she loves the mansion and the next minute she hates it just bc In Hae and Woo Hyeol are running it together and obviously have feelings for eachother? Hae Won just thinks she can just throw a fit, call all the shots and demand her money back? Her problem is that Woo Hyeol likes In Hae and she will stop at nothing to get rid of her. It was never about Shaded Oasis… she literally only cares about getting Woo Hyeol for herself. I’m glad her true colors are showing though.
The best part of this episode was the amusement park date, when they were almost caught kissing and when they were washing clothes together. Everything else going on is just so dramatic 😭😭😭 like can’t Woo Hyeol and In Hae just be happy together? The whole “only one can live” arc is soooo extreme not to mention Do Sik acting like a protector when he’s the person who’s gonna try to kill Woo Hyeol especially after seeing his scar. He claims to care about In Hae but if he knew what was best for In Hae he wouldn’t be plotting for Woo Hyeol’s demise bc she is in love with him. And now, I can’t even place Hae Won bc she was nice at first but now she’s behaving like a ruthless bitch who has to get what she wants. I hate who she has become all because Woo Hyeol doesn’t like her anymore and doesn’t think she’s “Hae Sun” I cant stand Man Hwi at all… he is the worst version of what a vampire can be — I mean all those poor humans kidnapped and locked up against their will. At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s using them for business like taking their blood and selling blood bags to other vampires. I’m sure he will be there to conspire with Do Sik for Woo Hyeol’s demise. Honestly idk what to expect going forward but I hope there’s a loophole where In Hae and Woo Hyeol are concerned. There must be some other way for him to become human without killing In Hae. I have a feeling In Hae’s father might know, at least I’m hoping. Bc rn the cat man is of no help 😭

Do Sik is starting to get on my last nerve. I remember when everyone was in love with him, well not me, I couldn't stand him from the beginning. He's so insufferable idk why he can't just have a heart attack and die. Not him trying to play the innocent acting like he's taking moral high ground when he knows he'll have to literally kill someone (Woo Hyeol) in order for him to become immortal and live. The irony of his family's curse bc they pledged their lives to hunting vampires and apparently the only way for them to break it and survive is to become one? 💀
