came here to say again that I can never hate Shangjue 🫠😂🥵

one of the reason is because of the source material of this drama, even though it is BL censored as long as the source material came from BL novel, it will have difficulty to air. Another reasons are said to be the content of the drama like corruption and pedophilia.

Edit: i thought you were talking about the drama "Stand by Me" 🤦 but my point above still stands on why this drama have a difficulty to air.

tbh, while the main couple is out there having those sweet moments and the ML obviously smitten to the FL this fast, Shangjue and Shangguan Qian were literally on their push and pull agenda and you don't even know if they are really genuinely liking each other.🫠😭

my man Shangjue looks like he will die in the trailer, I'm just enjoying this while he is still alive 😭

The song and bg musics were great too, you can tell the production crew really took their time to adapt it in being respectful to the source material.

The rating is about the production, cgi, and acting included. The visual is a treat but it ain't the sole reason for the high rating. It's a good live action.
