Well eating meat, even processed meat is necessary for the growth and development of human beings. I can’t just not eat meat, ever because I need the protein, every human being does. Ans plant based protein is too expensive to afford so yes, some people might choose being sick much later in life than being sick now from not eating any protein 🤷🏾‍♀️
