The rating should be higher. If you actually sit down and think about it, there is nothing to hate about this show. It keeps you on your feet but also gives you that satisfaction. Love the characters, the plot, the writing, everything!
OMG, thank you for stating this! I thought everyone turned a blind eye to all the actions they are doing, but…
oh really? if that’s the case then it’s a VERY POOR attempt at comedy. Don’t remember laughing once this whole show. now I’m even more confused cause it means the writers are just terrible at their jobs!
you hit everything i wanted so say myself watching this last ep, i thought i was going crazy 😭 ah jung and…
it would be SO fine if it was comedic like I would just laugh at it. But there’s nothing remotely funny about it so if we’re taking it seriously then they are absolutely terrible trash people and i can’t support their “romance” but we will see how it goes k guess

HAHA I saw your comment too. They are saying it’s “fiction” and we shouldn’t take it seriously. That would be find if this drama was romance comedy like for example business proposal. There what they did didn’t make any sense but it was fine since it was COMEDY. But here, there is nothing to laugh at. It’s a serious drama so of course we are going to use logic and criticise when they are not logical. The leads actions are completely illogical and actually hard to watch
i want to like this drama sooo bad but the chemistry between dohan and the lead girl is not happening i mean they…
They don’t feel like best friends because Ah Jung is the one who ditches him to go on dates with his brother😹😹 People calling him selfish but ignoring her behaviour
Yes they are in a contract marriage but they agreed to act like they are totally in love in public.
1. A bunch of people saw Ah Jung enter a hotel room and spend the night there with her husband’s brother. They could think she is having an affair.
2. She is free to date whoever she wants but she’s supposed to do it PRIVATELY. She could ruin the whole point of the fake marriage by doing this.
3. She could damage HER OWN reputation by doing this. If she’s known as an actress who cheated on her husband with his brother do you think she will get any good roles in the future? She is digging a bigger hole for herself.
4. Ditching her friend when they were supposed to register their marriage contract to go on a date is just selfish and disrespectful. No matter how you look at it, no good friend would do this. Even if it’s a fake marriage, you got PAID to do something and instead of fulfilling your duties, you ghost him to go on a public date and that’s just rude.
5. She literally knows that reporters could be following them and this contract could be ruined if they are exposed but she’s still acting childish.
Once again, no one is saying she can’t date. Her and Do Han are both free to date whoever they want since it’s a fake marriage but it’s HOW ITS DONE THATS THE PROBLEM. Going on a public date while knowing reporters could be following you? Spending the night together in a hotel room? Publicly flirting with your husbands brother? These things not only make her a terrible friend but it means she’s not fulfilling the DUTIES she was PAID to do.
What kind of best friend forces their best friend into a marriage where they'll have to sacrifice their own happiness…
When did Do Han force her into a marriage. He proposed a deal that benefits BOTH of them. She gets to act & earn lots of money and he gays to conceal his sexuality & reject the company. She was not forced, this is mutually beneficial. Ji Han is the weird person here he’s obsessed with his brother and not in a good way.
are we watching the same drama? he chooses to get married so the secret of him being gay doesn’t come out. As…
yup exactly, they’re trying to make it seem like she was forced but she’s the one going above and beyond making scripts. Even DoHan said you’re thinking about this too much.

You keep saying he indirectly made her into a tough position but he literally didn’t. Once again, it has nothing to do with him that her career won’t progress. All he did was offer a solution. Ahy is he the bad guy for this? Do Han mentioned the “main lead role” to her because he knew it was what she wanted. He was telling her how accepting it would benefit HER. If you propose a deal to someone, wouldn’t you tell them the reasons it would benefit them? That’s literally how contracts work. If he only told her to marry him because he doesn’t want the company, do you REALLY think she would have agreed? She would have laughed and said deal with your own problems yourself. but the reason WHY she agreed is because it benefits her too. He is not the bad guy.

The “corner” that she’s in HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH DO HAN? She was in that “corner” even before he came back from New York. It’s not his fault that her career won’t progress. But he came back, saw her struggling and offered a solution that would benefit BOTH of them and she accepted it. THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM. He didn’t force or pressure her into ANYTHING. He’s not the bad guy for the choices she makes. She is in a midlife crisis but once again, THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM? He didn’t propose this because he wanted to force her into anything. He proposed this BECAUSE HES TRYING TO HIDE HIS SEXUALITY & NOT INHERIT THE COMPANY. Stop trying to make him look like some sneaky person who did it because he knows she can’t refuse. SHE CAN REFUSE. BOTH MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY SHE CAN. SHE HAS BEEN STRUGGLING FOR YEARS AND EVEN LIED TO DO HAN ABOUT HER CAREER. She’s been in this “corner” for years it’s not a NEW THING. And like I said, She never would have agreed if she didn’t get the role by nepotism because it gave her false hope. She would have continued struggling so again, WHAT DO HAN’s BROTHER DID IS STILL NOT HIS FAULT.
Even if Do Han didn’t propose this deal, she would have continued living as a low list actress only getting extra roles but the difference is she would have had NO WAY OUT OF THIS “corner”. With Do Han’s help, she is able to leave it and now she actually has hope of becoming a popular actress. You should be thanking him not making him the bad guy.

so can you explain why she has to help him? because as far as I can see, she CHOSE to help him. she doesn’t have to do anything and she’s not in a corner. She can just go back to living her life like it was before so I don’t get why you’re making it sound like she has no other choice when she does. she just wants to make her life BETTER and also help her friend which is why she said yes in the heat of the moment. but she’s not stuck anywhere, she’s literally free to go back to living the way she was before. Like you said, she’s ambitious which is why she agreed to the opportunity, because she wants better for herself. that doesn’t mean she HAS to take the opportunity. She was loving her whole life as a D lost actress for years while Do Han was in New York. But now she has taken the opportunity he gave when he came back. SHE COUKD HAVE SAID NO. Stop making it sound like she had no choice.
Jihan knows about the fake marriage, he heard their convo. Which is why he doesnt mind stealing his brother's…
Do Han definitely still cares about his brother though. he just clearly doesn’t like his brother trying to control his life which is why he distanced himself. You can do both things at the same time. But nowhere in the drama does it show that Do Han doesn’t care about his brother so idk where you’re getting that from
