I wasn't delusional, i knew Seojun wouldn't be the one who ends up with Ju Kyung even before the airs and I didn't…
I didn't jump to conclusions. I only stated the obvious that the low score is largely attributed to the fact that the fl did not end up with the 2nd ml. Because if true beauty was so bad, y watch the entire show? She finished all the episodes so clearly there was something there that kept her going. And what do u think that is? The love triangle, of course! which was tedious accdg to her. I bet it wouldn't be so, if the ending had been different. All i'm saying is if we didn't like the show's ending, let's at least be fair when reviewing a show and back it up reasonably.

That's what the comments section is for. To react to a review which one may or may not agree with. Because if we were not supposed to share our opinion then they'd just give a thumbs up/down to choose from. I still think her review is quite subjective. She did not raise enough points as to why she said the show did not focus enough on the fl's self-image issues. EVERY episode had something about her self-image problems plus other things like the love triangle, etc.

Did we watch 2 different shows? Because in my opinion, TB was able to put enough emphasis and airtime on the Fl's struggles with confidence and her appearance. She was able to resolve these issues by ep14. The next episodes she was already much older, and wiser and her concerns were already different now that she was no longer in high school. I'm just pointing out that I disagree that her personal issues had taken a back seat because they were definitely in every episode up until ep15. It was just time to move on since she already overcame her struggles, the fl's character is not the same as in ep1, she's grown and of course the show had to tie all loose strings. It's the same with real life. We all grow up, our concerns 2 yrs ago will no longer be our concern today if we make enough effort to overcome them. That's why I am just curious how much more does the reviewer want, because she said it was lacking in giving enough focus on her personal image, when every episode was about that plus other things like love triangle, family, friendship issues.

Who are u to say what it's supposed to be? Are u the writer? Her self-image issues were resolved by ep14, otherwise when would the show end? I don't think the show misled u, the trailers already hinted on a love triamgle. If the show was only about her image, it would've been too boring to watch. This is a romcom after all so I didn't exoect much heavy drama.
Of course ur gonna rate it low bec u were clearly rooting for the 2nd male lead and bec u didn't get the ending u were hoping to get, u went and gave it a low rating, ur review is very subjective
Overall, its quite an AMAZING drama with some hilarious scenes that will make just about anyone laugh. My only…
I agree a lot of similarities but still very very enjoyable :) I hope CEW's next drama will be a little different, maybe a thriller or an action genre.
I'm watching this but I can't say that I'm really enjoying it. The male lead always has that same expression on his face, like he's lost lol. And i kinda feel like the chemistry would have been better if they casted a younger female lead. For me, it shows that she is much older than the male lead who is 6 yrs younger than her in real life. Those two things are making it hard for me to believe that she is a high school student
This drama started slow but now at ep9 , the pacing and the story has more than just picked up, it's soo good and the show definitely deserves more stars now. And with the last few eps, I am reminded just how good of an actor Ji Chang Wook is. He can just efortlessly bring a character to life and I can see through his acting just how Park Jae Won has been suffering. Ji Chang Wook is an actor that other actors should really learn from. I am reminded of Jo Jung Suk when I watch him.
i enjoyed them too right ?? yes like it was the first time derek showed that he is kinda scared of ah reum not…
Exactly, in the first few eps, its like we know nothing about him. I think he's a bad guy who fell in love with ah reum. Or he could be a double agent. Anything could still happen, so many eps left. But im really enjoying seeing them together
Am I the only one enjoying the flashbacks? Lol. I was happy to watch the flashback of Yoo In Na and Im Joo Hwan, to see that there was genuine attraction between them that led to the marriage. I think there is more to the 2nd husband than meets the eyes.
The ending was a disappointment as well as the last few episodes. It became very boring towards the end. Surely dating a superstar is not as boring as the show displayed. Plus why is Park so dam so damn calm all the time, i mean come on! Show some emotion, girl!
Ep 5 was hilarious! Gosh, i love Eric Mun, he's one of my all-time faves after watching him in Another Miss Oh,( which is like in my top 3 best kdramaa ever) but I find myself rooting for the hubby more although he will probably turn out to be the bad guy here, waaaaah. He's got such a great smile, it's so mesmerizing. I hope the writers come up with something else instead of turning him into this show's villain
