So far so good, Lee Joon Gi has such a commanding onscreen presence. His acting is flawless. He is the best choice to replace SJK as I don't even miss SJK.
I can appreciate dramas but this was way too dramatic, I skipped a lot of scenes starting from ep 6 as I can't bear to watch the entire episode anymore. I don't think AHS is suitable for this role. To be fair, seems like he tried his best. But his acting chops are not quite there yet imho.
What I found annoying in the storyline was how they could have saved all those people on the plane that crashed but nooooo, we're just too obssessed with Jun Hee. Forget about those other hundreds of lives!
I bet Deuk Chan is the real killer. He's from Hakcheon as well and when they fabricated that video of them watching football as Do Ha's alibi, it also gave him his alibi.
It's not the first time I've watched Kim Rae Won but it's the first time I liked him. Glad I decided to watch this, the actors are excellent and the writing is superb!
I just finished watching all the episodes and glad to see SHK in a diff role but I gotta be honest that her acting was still a bit flat and lacking for me. She still had her signature blank look, lol, most of the time. I had expected that she would be a little less exoresionless so though I enjoyed this show compared to her last 2, I'm still hoping she would give us a bit more. I want her to be truly vulnerable. I can see her thinking when she's acting, and I just want her to let go and not afraid to look ugly and just dig deep. Hopefully in s2. I hope in s2 dong eun will have a wild affair with do young and they'll give SHK a lot of daring love scenes, let's see how she handles that. Lol. But for the rest of the cast, bravo! The villains were truly villainous and all the other supporting actors were outstanding.
