Who is Gopuri? My Theory below marked as a spoiler
As if Cha Do Won wasn't suspicious enough from his entry, the last episode just solidified more that CDW is in fact the Gopuri. He wouldn't obviously try to kill CYS to make it obvious, so he hired someone, and planted the same scar (as he is aware of the scar, as per the epilogue.). The attack takes place only after CDW finds out about changing rooms. He is shown to be obsessive with crime or criminals, he has some anti-social side too with his interactions with his colleagues that shows he can't process emotions well, a bit of shamanism, he may assume & justify that he is doing the killings for the Good. He wanted to kill and have CYS take the blame, but because of ML and Prosecutor Han, CYS was set free, he understood that Han was investigating & probably identify him so he killed him off, framed NHJ for tempering evidence, & kind of jeopardized his cop career.
He is definitely Gopuri or at least somehow is linked with Gopuri. But the look Prosecutor Han had when the killer was strangling him was more like, I can't believe it's you, kinda surprised face. So it's safe to assume that he killed Han.
oh and also, that other prosecutor definitely seems like the killer but that theory doesn't work now since he…
he knows that nam has seen the scar, so he can easily plot minions with similar scars to divert attention from him. also he is right now alone in room with Choi. prosecutor is gopuri
Just saw this... I am still processing if I liked it or not!! Lucid dreaming is subject I enjoy, the movie not so much! It was a good effort though and the acting was pretty decent. Okayish for one time watch, hardly any rewatch value.
But two absolutely amazing characters that need their own spin-offs because they were so damn good!! 1. Park Yoo Chun as Kwon Yong Hyun - What an interesting character! Accident, trying to find the will to live or some solace in dreams! and whole dream hacking would make such a fun Sci-Fi watch 2. Park In Hwan as Private investigator or detective Kang Sung Pil and his gang - I was so happy every time these private detectives came on screen! So so brilliant... I swear I can watch whole damn series where these badass people solve cases!
From the first i don't like eunpyo, i hope her husband leave her. If she want to help chun hee there are still…
Completely agree with you! I mean she is so frustrating. She doesn't care a bit about her husband. She is ready to act like a criminal, why cause she understand pain of a mother? I just low key feel she likes or adores Chun Hee more than her family. Like how Jin- Ha was obsessed with her.
Jung Jae Woong: Hye Enu-Pyo, You are going out to drinks pretty often these days. are you secretly seeing someone? Lee Eun Pyo: Please, I wish that were the case Jung Jae Woong: Feel free to meet as many guys as you want. It's not easy to find a man as attractive as me. [Goes back to playing Alien/Monster/Zombie game with Kids]
As the only sane character in the series, and my sole reason to keep coming back to this mess of a drama. We agree King!!!
Yes! Yes!! Like she is so shady supporting that as***** of a human in the name of husband. And all it takes for her to turn against him is him blaming her for not being pretty!!! Ohh my God!!! We were made to believe she is the sanest mother, who doesn't believe in the educational rat race... but she turned out to be the biggest snake! She is so delusional, damn! Her kids were abused! how can she overlook that? just how? and she tried convincing kids, and herself that he is just a bit sensitive cause he is an artist! are you kidding me! I have never been this disappointed in any character! At least Chung Hee or other moms who made wrong choices were all for them and their kids' betterment. But Young-Mi, Absolute delusional manipulative b***h!
Count me in ! I am disappointed this show is brilliant and unfortunately this world doesn't want to value that.…
At the start of the show, many comments predicted CJW to be the unborn child of Ryeon and Joong il. Not quite on board with this theory, but looks like he definitely will have some role.
I have been frequenting this comment section since we have only the last two episodes and I have so much to talk…
Tomorrow will always be special as this was my first ever ongoing drama watch. I love the stories of each person who is on the verge of ending their life and how their pain is depicted. I am glad they don't sugarcoat issues and try and show as much sensitive side as they can. The trio has good chemistry. I love Team RM's synergy with Park Joong-il too. Talking about sensitivity, there have been polarising views and debates about how can one sort Mental health and such serious issues with few words, which is absolutely true.
I am conflicted yet, whether I am still completely on board with the idea of words and not therapy yet or not. I was struggling with anxiety and self-harming, I have been detached from everyone and almost always silent. I was always looking for a purpose in life and found nothing, I was eating because I had to, studying because I had to, and working because I had to, just didn't know why or anything at all. A friend encouraged me and I met with a counselor. One session(more like one sentence) from my counselor changed my life, I was a different person. A person who started loving herself. But on the other hand, now the issue that I am facing for the past 4 and half years has not been resolved with any words, comfort, or therapies. I am just hanging on, eating, sleeping, binge-watching stuff, and doing absolutely nothing in life. I just wait for the night in the day, and another day at night. I let the time just pass by, disappointing myself and my loved ones, and nothing just nothing works. (Sorry! for so much personal stuff. I don't even know why am writing all this here anymore)
Thus what they portray in drama, can be far from reality but I still respect the way this drama approaches the pain.
In the end, it's all about Words. Words of others or self that hurts, haunt and traumatize our victims, so Ryeons's or Team RM' words just show them little hope. Words equivalent to a warm hug of affection are something that victims did not receive in a long long time. Drama puts it out and is simple. We do not teach you how to live again, we just stop you from ending it. From then on, you learn and live. As Ryeon said in one of the episodes, we do not solve their issues.
The issue that I have with drama is the way Jumadeung is portrayed, The company structure of the afterlife is caricaturistic at times, though tolerable.
The worst was when they were attacked by Virus. and am like excuse me!? You can get people back and forth from hell, use a time-traveling car and magic, and you are dependent on a Man-Made Computerised System!
Phew! I will stop for now! Although I still have a lot to say.
I have been frequenting this comment section since we have only the last two episodes and I have so much to talk about and discuss with everyone who adored this show equally. Putting my thoughts under this comment, with a spoiler tag.
Edit- Sorry for the long post, and unnecessary inclusions of personal issues rant. My anxiety is telling me to just edit and remove those parts, but for once I just want to be vulnerable and hope no one reads it, or if they do, they don't judge me.
Same Same! I am a binge watcher and can not wait in anticipation for a week. I started watching Tomorrow as first airing drama for the first time, just so I could prepare myself for My Liberation Notes which was to start one week after this. Best decision. I genuinely loved every bit of Tomorrow.
Count me in ! I am disappointed this show is brilliant and unfortunately this world doesn't want to value that.…
Indeed! Only two episode to go. I am excited and anxious about how Joong-il and Ryeon's arc will end, as the red thread and their connection is broken forever.
