one thing i love about this drama is that they did not go overboard with the airbrushing, it’s so refreshing seeing characters with somewhat of a skin texture.

i don’t mind love triangles and romance in dramas like these when they’re done well, but you’re telling me heeju is nearing 30 and is still not over her teenage crush despite it being 10 years? taeho and hyewon are still into each other despite it being 10 years? and inha is somehow oblivious to that?

they’re like a bunch of npc’s, it seems like the storyline is guiding the character’s actions rather than the character’s actions driving the storyline.

i don’t want to skip on this as i’m a fan of kim jiwon and kwak dongyeon, still contemplating that is all

now writers have shooters too? my love from another star was the first kdrama that i watched and cloy is one of my all time favourites but knowing the things park jieun has done watching her new stuff won’t feel the same, no matter how much one might like her work i don’t see how they can defend her.

how do y’all feel about the writer park jieun? plagiarism i can still somewhat excuse but the way she treated these writers from whom she stole the concepts for her dramas is downright evil, especially the cloy writer who still continues to suffer bcos of the multiple lawsuits and whom she almost drew to suicide.

this drama has so many actors that i like and so many of pje’s dramas are my favourites, but i still feel conflicted about watching this idk

you are correct . harin was still happy for jae eun despite being sent to the orphanage but started resenting her after seeing her happy with her mom, which made her want to do better and to get adopted by baekyeon family, she pours the hot water on another girl at the orphanage to sabotage that girl and improve her own chances of getting adopted by them.

i don’t remember properly but i think harin got abandoned by her bio family young and jaeun’s mother took her in.

episode 5 was crazy, i had to take multiple pauses. i’m desperate for harin’s downfall rn

they actually look very similar to their webtoon counterparts, especially ryu jun yeol. it can’t get better than this.
