Hm, Ok, thanks for the summary. In contrary to my earlier post, this might be a good role for him, as I can imagine an immortal person as one who has no feelings anymore and is rather "dull". When PMY's character can remember everything, well, then she has to liven up the story? Not a an easy task but I think she can do it. But for her sake, hopefully there will also be some good support roles / actors / actresses.

Honestly, I can't imagine this. I saw him in "Terius behind me" and in "One Sunny Day" and in both dramas, he is extremly calm and not talkative. I can't think about a way, that this works out in a good and watchable way. Can you convince me of a different view point?
Watched this a long way ago with in university with some fellow students around christmas. I remember, it was a great and touching movie and the music from Ryuichi Sakamoto is excellent.
I really hesitated to watch this movie because of your review, doki doki, but I'm glad, I decided to give it a try. The movie is good. You see similar content from Hollywood all the time, for ecample "The Devil wears Prada". I liked both films and this one reminds me of the early 2000s japanese movies, where the kids are in high spirits, and you can encounter and solve every problem with passion, friends and motivation. :)
