You should watch Oath of Love starring XZ and Yang Zi where they have 40 plus kisses which was filmed before the Covid pandemic. I remembered CP fans were complaining too much kissing scene in OOL. So I guess the directors on all his last 3 dramas tone it down. This drama also cut 4 episodes which may contain the sweet interaction between the 2 main leads such as kissing scene or bed scene. We will never know if it end up in the cutting room floor. They even cut off the scene showing his abs while brushing his teeth. It was in the drama BTS and all his fans saw it.

Dilreba and Bai Lu are not consider traffic stars anymore. They have proven that they are actresses who can actually act. I don't really know who are making up the rules that Xiao Zhan is not allowed to pair up with Liu liang or traffic actresses. All the Chinese actors are allowed except XZ.
