I agree with you. In all the other versions he snaps his finger and they come running. In this one I would like to see her mature and say enough is enough.

Good review above. What I also thought was different and I love is his relationship with his Mom. In this one she isn't putting up with his crap and she really gives him sound motherly advice. Yes I think this is the best of all the versions. Because it is a remake the bar was set high and it think they met it and surpassed the bar. Love, love, love it!!!

When I read trilogy I thought all three stories were based on 3 brothers not realizing they would you the same star in one for the other story. That is not my idea of a trilogy.

Some words to describe this drama: bad, awful, terrible, boring, long, etc....

I have not read the manga nor watched the anime and Iiked it. I did read all the comments below and I guess since I was starting with a "clean slate", story flowed smoothly and the acting was good. Definitely a good movie for me.

Not impressed with this drama. I liked the male lead character. The female lead was awful and I don't think it was her itself, but how the character was written. How do you go from having a strong personality in your teens to lowering your head every minute.

You will have something to compare to, but what I like about the newer Lakorns is that it's not as long. I think the remake is only 13 episodes.

I watched the original, which was good. I love the remake as well because they changed the story around, which kept me very much interested.

This is one of the BEST drama i have watched in a long time. The storyline just keeps me on the edge of my seat. If you like mystical dramas then you will like this. If you appreciate good storytelling then you will definetly like this because the plot is well put together. They have not lost me yet and if anything they just keep pulling me in.
