The spoilers they released just now are soooo sweet..... makes you want to watch the next episodes ASAP. Smart marketing IMO.

This is a Romance Drama heavy on the Tropes: enemies to lovers, FL/ML hidden identity, miscommunication 2/3s of the drama, slow-burn romance.. If you are into well-written story lines and plots without drawn out miscommunication, then this drama may not meet your expectation. People who like this drama appreciate the chemistry between the leads and the development of their relationship and want to see it through till the end.

I just hope we get a more thoughtful explanation in today's episode... otherwise, this may be a plot hole.

And, her Spirit Beast 27 is barely hanging on... should be a sign that his master, MY, is spirtually very weak... Right?

For someone as smart as JBZ, he really took way longer to figure out she was Ming Xian despite everyone's suspicion. I personally think he fell so in love with her that he wanted to trust and believe what she said, even if there signs. She also proved useful to him by helping him achieve his goals of revenge...

I was thinking the same too... maybe he wants to see her execute her plan to get part 2 of the Bo Medical Text... Seems it would be good to get the recipe for making GMD since he only has 1 vial left and needs it himself?

Ok, wow, you have eagle eyes... I saw tears in JBZ's eyes. We can discuss - MY's tears are of joy/sadness that she will betray him by stealing GMD. JBZ tears are of joy... joy that they are finally together and intimate as husband and wife, and after all the trials/tribulations leading up to it this beautiful moment when she confessed that she loved him.

It's perfectly ok to give up... I've given up on dramas that other people have liked. We all have our own taste/preferences. The leads and their acting has kept me interested till this point.... Everything else is secondary.

Did you finish Princess' Gambit? Many people got frustrated with the story and dropped mid-way. I personally didn't even try cause I got frustrated with Liu Xue Yi's other drama Kill Me Love Me which started out so well and then went down hill...

Great points! A princess/crown prince from a higher realm cannot marry someone from a lower realm even if that person is a skilled warrior.
