I thought the emotional cheating was obvious in this drama. also those scenes in babi's village with the earthquakes, being shaken like that by a confession and when he looked at her. I think this is something that a lot of partners might not even notice in real life until the emotional cheating turns into physical cheating, because it's not that visible at first. but it is still cheating, Yumi ended it before it was too late. also if you read the webtoon, babi buys a ring for da-eun not long after the final break-up with Yumi.

oh the saving company plot reminds me of here we meet again which I liked very much and I love the cast here as well so I can't wait!!

wow what a way to close off a drama, no loose ends and a happy ending for everybody. :) it's been a while since I've seen such a nice close-off for a long historical drama.

I see. well I have also seen some dramas with low ratings I didn't like as well. For lower rated dramas I usually go with ones with actors/actresses that I know and like + genres I don't watch a lot of dramas of. Like "Dream Garden" (7.9) (only 16 episodes,modern) or "Sisterhood"(1930s, 40 episodes) (8.2). But yeah there are a lot of disappointments out there too. That goes for Korean dramas as well. I like different genres and sometimes I don't mind the story being simple or having an open ending. But to each their own. As long as there is something for everyone it's all good.

loved the webtoon a lot, so I am pretty excited for this, can't wait to see how each actor is going to tune into their character. :)

I am a sucker for time travel/parallel worlds dramas and qiao xin is one of my fave actresses , but this is really, really good. Another reason not decide based on ratings. Most cdramas with a rating above a 7.5 are pretty decent, in my experience.

He impressed me a lot as Xiao Bai in Unsual Idol Love, his expressions when he looked at his leading lady were really moving.

Honestly as a subber for cdramas I just want to correct the subs when they get too bad, but I'm pulling through rn bc I do understand what they're trying to say despite the bad subs. I wish they gave their videos the option of editing the subs.

Well, after reading the webtoon I don't think woong is the worst choice/fit for Yumi (he's better than babi (at least in my view)) but I'm mostly rooting for Yumi solely as a character and what's best for her, so I don't mind if she doesn't end up with him. You can still enjoy it, bc maybe they'll not follow the webtoon completely, I mean look at other webtoons that got made into dramas (true beauty, nevertheless, etc..., (both changed the guy she ends up with I heard)

There are two seasons, so don't worry! Also if you really can't wait to see how it ends, read the webtoon! (ig they'll stick to that)
