my thoughts are Wei Zhi did die after removing hua rong and Yan Yue chose to die with her by removing hua rong and sending it back to the past so that Chan Yan with YY's memories did not have to betray WY and therefore they could be living and dying together as husband and wife and as mortals... about the bracelet, it was made from WY's necklace, when she died, part of her powers got left in the pendant and WZ's grandfather found it and made it into the bracelet for her... overall, i think the end made sense but it didn't get executed properly, they tried to scramble everything into the last 30 minutes of the last episode and that's why most of us got confused and frustrated... i really blamed the screen writer for this.... she spent way too much time on the switching/stolen identities while she could have focused on giving the story of a whole a more proper explanation/ending! unfortunately i have seen this happened too often with chinese dramas, they always spend at least 30+ episodes building up decent stories for the characters and then "kill" them all in the last 20 minutes of the series!!
