it’s been a long time since I’ve watched a lakorn that I didn’t fast-forward through at least some of the scenes. I binged this in a weekend and didn’t skip. as always, Yaya is amazing. I loved how the story was intertwined. they did a great job of keeping it interesting. definitely some characters you would love to throttle which is a testament to how good they were playing the role.
the ML’s mother was a piece of work. I think the only think I disliked was her shrill screaming. and all the toxicity she brought down on her family.
lots of twists and turns. much of it will frustrate you but I’m satisfied with the ending. the ML is quite handsome, a good guy but a bit naive. the new cop Sang Choel was awesome. at first I was a bit turned off by how he treated Jeong U but he was only going by what he knew at the time. I’m glad he was able to turn it around and help Jeong U. I binged this in a few days.
the chemistry was off the chain with ML and FL. they were amazing. I binged this show in two days and because I had to work. all the twists and turns of thiss sory kept me watching.
Kang Yeong U was hilarious as a coworker for Sa-eon. his jealous antics were fun to watch. I was upset when I learned who the Master was but I’m glad for the redemption that was received. that creepy whistle my that sociopathic son even had my husband in the other room make a comment about it.
I loved this show. would rewatch for those kissing scenes alone.
I do agree about the last episode. his self-imposed punishment was a bit overboard. he was not only punishing himself but her too. like what the hell was he thinking just disappearing like that?!
I have to say that the casting for this drama was impeccable. Everyone really played their parts well. Absolutely…
I agree. casting did a great job because these actors were fantastic. I binged this as I was on the edge of my seat. the amount of crazy was off the chain.
from the shows I’ve seen Luke perform in is very limited. is he gorgeous? absolutely. does he had leading man vibes? oh yes, he can lead me anywhere. I just wish he’d get roles where he’s not being blackmailed or manipulated all the time.
I loved this one. The chemistry between them when she grew up was on par. It was sweet. Both of them were hesitant about going into anything. It was adorable.
5 year’s difference isn’t unusual for my culture but it maybe for others do I can understand some may get that ick factor. I think they did this really well though.
I do love Sang Zhi’s family. The brother reminded me of my older brother. Teasing but very protective.
Their friendships were very strong and loved their different personalities.
Doesn’t hurt that this had a happy ending. I hope the leads work together again in the future.
