After watching the first episode my main guess is that Kim Seon U was either married or engaged to someone as the FL was mentioning Jeju and Kim Seon U said it’s only good for honeymoons and she apologised then he stated it’s in the past and history.

Maybe he planned to get married and have the honeymoon in Jeju.

Also guess that his child was born and the mother couldn’t take it and abandoned them.

My best guess.

Kim Seon U and Yoo Ha Yeong will make a good couple although they haven’t interacted yet or even know if each others existence. Have to mention I love the poor man chaebol woman trope

yes that’s true it used to be worse as someone could rate the entire dramas episodes all though only one had been released. after a few weeks or months it does settle down but it shouldn’t have to if the creators made a reliable system
