For me, the ending is subjective. It depends upon how you interpret it. You can look at it as that they met in the afterlife (meaning they died thus the flowers JS and HS were talking abt were for the gambler ohsoo). You can also look at it as that they both lived (so the flowers were for ohyoung's brother, the real ohsoo). The blurriness may represent heaven (in case they died) or it just could represent ohyoung's vision (in case they're alive) after the surgery.

I wanted a sad ending, but I interpreted the ending as a happy one, that they both lived. Hope I was able to help you. ^^
