1/ nxg was kinda in love with zx and confessed. when confessing she told him that she will wait and continue to like him until he likes her but with all the false things rong told about her and which zx believed he never really was able to take a step towards her and never really is capable to communicate with her. so the moment she decides at the end of university to move on he thinks that she will continue to like him. also I think since they are not able to communicate well and with all the misunderstandings and his bad behavior towards her, every meeting between them is akward. like the meeting with her old classmates in episode 10 she was really glad that lys arrived in time to help her out and she didn't correct them when they believed that lys is her boyfriend

2/ they will clear things up soon. in the novel it happens after a fight the fl has with her dad where she learns more about the accident and then she goes directly to lys to talk about what had happened and its then that lys learns that she was never the one who asked to see him.

3/ it is the daughter of her fathers first love. her husband died and after that she uses nxg's dad who believes that she is terminally ill and dying and he helps her for paying hospital bills and so on. but the two also move into the house with nxg's dad. but he never marries her. he accepts the daughter as his goddaughter. and the daughter tends to tell people that she is his real daughter. that's what also has caused the misunderstanding with lys

I think so for the divorce. for the other question i am not sure. the drama adaption is a little different so they might add another issue. for example the scene where fl with her colleague run into the daughter and her friends wasn't in the novel

he helps his first love after her husband died mostly for hospital bills saying she is terminally ill and needs his help. but fl is angry about this because she knows that it is just a way for his first love to profit from her dad's wealth, saying also that she is "dying" since years. in the drama his first love and her daughter live with her dad, the daughter even uses fl dad's car and so on. she kind of likes to tell people that her dad is rich etc and people who haven't met the real daughter doesn't know. so it creates problems for fl in a way like for example ml thinks she asked him out for a date on the way to which he had his accident and after she didn't care about him anymore when in reality it wasn't her but her dad's first loves daughter

I think he doesn't really realise it. but in the novel there will be a fight between fl and her dad about this just before she gets together with ml so it should be cleared up in the drama in the next episodes

he told zx brother that they will go there for sking so the brother of sml and him wanted to help them to get together but they both don't really know about the real situation

ah sorry I misunderstood. i think she does have shares but idk how many. her brother must have more and also the grandfather hasn't decided on the heir

his mother hasn't any shares. 51 % of shares are owned by ml's grandfather and 49% by fl's dad.

i think there will be a big time skip once they're married

in the novel he writes a letter to her explaining what had happened with the accident and they get together after that if i remember right, but the ski trip is not in the novel so they kinda changed the story. might take a few more episodes until they really get together
