I already watched all the versions of this, i saw a few comments and decided to say the differences between then, i literally watched one of then 16 times lol. (Sorry for the english, i study it alone, its bad)
They are in order of favorite to least favorite( there is a few bad ones lol), lets go. I will call the FL Kotoko and ML irie like the original manga. Spoilers ahead!

They really changed L, here he is more loud, doesn't sit on his famous way, looks like another person, not bad, but I prefer the original one. I really like light here, its clear how the notebook changed him, we can see it strongly. I literally don’t remember nothing, i will watch again soon, i saw comments saying it has a different felling and irie caracter its more looked into and justified, I feel that its true, but not sure.
I really liked this version, but the irie in here is SOOO COLD, like from start to finish. Looks like the other one (iswak)but with less events, but very well worked (this is the one that i watched 16 times lol).
Keep in mind that i think that this one has the most “little kid” kotoko, careful if you find that tipe much annoying.
Obs: i heard people finding this irie autistic, i can see that. (Sorry bad english)
They are in order of favorite to least favorite( there is a few bad ones lol), lets go. I will call the FL Kotoko and ML irie like the original manga.
Spoilers ahead!
1- it started with a kiss (1 season) they kiss again (2 season)- taiwanese. 2005 series.
This is the most complete one and the best in my opinion, has one of the most warm “iries”, and its the most iconic, there are scenes like the GENDERBAND marriage (he wore a dress), and when he first kissed her, unlike the others that did on purpose and coldly says after “look at your face”-or something, this one he kisses her and after keeps looking at her for 20 sec with a face like (wth i just did) and then walked away lol.
2- Itazura na kiss 1 and 2 (2 seasons)-japanese 2013/2014.
This one i call the ice cube couple, he has the fellings of one, and she de iq of one lol.

Its a three sequel movie ( I wrote in order!)for the ones that dont have much time. In my opinion is the most good looking visual couple, but the girl bangs annoyed me a bit lol (too short).
I really liked, its very fluid for having so much compressed, this kotoko is not as “little kid”, the acting is very good and natural!
4- playful kiss-2010-korean (+specials)
Kinda looks like itazura na kiss (2º on my list), very well known cast, not really sure what to talk about, its a okay to good.
5- itazura na kiss- 1996- japanese.
Mixed feelings. From start to mid was very good, is the version that we have more in depth about irie, the fact that he kinda hated kotoko, bc she was everything he couldnt be, she was sparkly and warm. When yuki (naoki’s brother) started to like kotoko, irie started to get angry. She worked hard to get him (yuki) a card with his classmates messages, irie was like “dumb right?” And yuki was like “(happy with the card) why cant you be like that” (not exact Words).
But the end was bad, no rain scene,years later he went to live his life as a doctor, she was moving, he was not giving a f, eating his breakfast and his mom went like “u sure dnt care abt her leaving?” And than he decided to run after her, hugged, and end…(i know we got it that they ended up together) but still worst end.
6-Fall in love at the first kiss-2019 movie
Its a good story, but i dont feel the Itazura na kiss concept (essence), maybe bc it was compressed and a lot of scenes (aaa alooot) were cut it. Its a okay
7-Miss in kiss- taiwanese-2016
… a fever dream… lol… itazura na kiss low budget, she was just annoying, some elements were wtf? Like the fact he was working for a super important organization as a HS student (not really sure, but i think it was his and his team fault that kotoko’s house was destroyed). I dnt know how but they made irie look dumb and annoying, i didnt even know it was possible. If you are bored u can watch, but be prepared to cringe lol.
