What an interesting watch. gave me love, angst, soft moments, political drama, and characters I ended up caring deeply about. A memorable drama overall š„ŗš¤
Huijuās sister-in-law is lowkey the real MVP š She may come off overbearing sometimes, but sheās such a supportive wife and her husbandās biggest cheerleader. The way she stands by him through everything? Beautiful to watch š„ŗāØ
Absolutely loved how Tae-ju stood up for his sister and defended her firmly and publicly.
I-an is really His Majestyās safe place. Whenever the palace becomes overwhelming, heās the one person the young king can truly relax around.
Their bond feels deeper than duty or royal obligation. itās built on trust, protection, and genuine affection. You can tell I-an doesnāt just see him as a king; he sees the lonely child underneath all that pressure. And His Majesty clearly leans on him for comfort, reassurance, and emotional stability.
Honestly, his Majesty deserves his childhood back . Whatās all this suffering and pressure in the name of making him a king? Adults should handle adult matters. Heās just a sweet child who deserves joy, comfort, and the chance to actually be a kid.
One person I really feel bad for in The Perfect Crown is His Majesty⦠robbed of a childhood and burdened with ruling too soon. And when he struggles, heās ridiculed by the one person meant to support him; his own mother. Thatās just heartbreaking šš Even adults sometimes struggle to uphold a certain standard of royal decorum. How much more a child ? Sigh!
just western garbage? You've only watched a few episodes but you're already rubbishing the whole drama? I honestly don't even see the propaganda that you're talking about. But then again, it's your opinion
Kim Jae-oh is the kind of friend everyone wishes they had. One who is steadfast, loyal, and endlessly supportive. He stayed by Ah-jinās side no matter what and constantly chose her well-being above his own comfort. His actions spoke louder than words, showing time and time again what true friendship looks like.
Yeo-been unnie, did someone force you to accept this script? why is everything so poorly executed and why does nothing seem to work in yeong-ran's favor?
I haven't seen such Garbage series like this one in a long time. Now I see why people prefer Bls over this shit.
The series doesn't resonate with you and that is fine and understandable. Everyone has their preference. But calling someone's work garbage is a bit too much, don't you think ?
Calm down, it is just a movie. However, I learnt some of the issues really happened in the past. I think if you see it as just a movie, you'd probably feel the impact lesser. I do not think the writers and producers of this movie meant to disrespect or disregard any country . Also, you could stop watching the drama for now. At least that way, certain things wouldn't get to you .
Why the heck was Kim haein resurrection (lol) even for ? And her acting like she had amnesia wow I thought she…
honestly, her story should have just ended with her dying ..Her return to the school didn't add any new twist whatsoever. She just ended up being bullied again. The faking of amnesia was all for nothing
Every now and then, we need a lighthearted drama to escape life's harsh realities, and my dearest nemesis delivered perfectly. With a simple and easygoing plot, the drama was both entertaining and enjoyable.
