Because god forbid i dont want to go back to the era of overpossessive mysogynist mls again. Those others i havent checked because the storyline didnt appeal to me nothing to do with having nice mls. The one from business proposal was very arrogant at the start but learned to value the fl pretty early on so there is that and yeah i agree with camellia one was very nice but story dragged in the later half but that was more scriptwriters fault than him. He was my favorite part of that show

Havent watched any of these that you have mentioned except parts of Hometown cha cha cha so cant comment. But I disagree to Joon ho being bland here. He has a personality and a very likable one at that. It literally just 6 episodes and I am looking forward to exploring more of that. So yeah I have been watching different kinds of dramas than other i guess like my last few kdramas were Its ok not to be ok, A business proposal, What's Wrong with Secretary Kim, When the Camellia Blooms, Vincenzo etch. Have been really selective in watching kdramas in last few years
I am rooting for both Young Woo and Joon ho and the way their romance is developing is very heartfluttering to me. Lmao not people complaining that all his character is about him being nice when thats literally what I have been missing in male leads for years. Also its just 6 episodes if you watch kdramas enough you know they are building upto a big reveal about his past just like they are building upto revealing who young woo's mother is.
Whats so refreshing about this drama is even though the female lead is facing prejudices and having her own struggles she has a group of people supporting her: Joon ho, myung sook, her father, her school and college best friend and even the CEO of her firm. Normally in shows like these they show how the whole world is against the lead with only person (most of the time the love interest) supporting them. Calling them my comfort squad from now on
