I saw that it's nominated for a baeksang so I decided to watch! like other comments said, this drama is definitely a slow burn. I felt like the cinematography, OST, and tension was so well done in the beginning. I really felt, "this must win the baeksang!" however, as it went along, it lost a bit of that energy to the plot. I ended the show thinking it was good but not incredible. Kudos to the Ha Bin actress. That was a tough role and she was great!
Hate to be the odd one out but I am 6 episodes in and I genuinely do not get how and why the score is that high.…
it sounds like you're maybe not interested in "slice of life" dramas. For me, this drama wasn't slow or boring. it was a masterfully crafted story of two people who loved, lost, and did whatever they could to survive. the story felt much more powerful to me than other slice of life stories because it's about a resilient woman with odds stacked against her. Idk, I feel like it's not giving the show due credit to say it's only popular because of the two leads. The older leads are not as famous and act in half the show. It could just be that this genre isn't your thing which is totally fine! βΊοΈ
I really enjoyed this one! the characters were so lovable with some wonderful development. funny, absurd, soft, sweet - just an all around enjoyable show!!
He's irritating here and SO irritating in When the Phone Rings I had to drop the series.
really? I watched one ep right when the show started but didn't continue yet. maybe I won't even try lol. I've read things about that actor that are questionable too so that just fuels my dislike for the characters π
Google it! I watched it about two weeks ago in the USA.
it's not in theaters or on streaming services. sometimes people share links in comments here, so I was hoping for a kind person who maybe had one readily available. I know it's on YouTube but wasn't sure if anyone had a better resource than I did
