off the top of my head, what i remember...
scenes which are cut or shortened:
- the birth scene in the beginning is shorter; they cut a (little confusing) joke about the calf's name
- the scene by the water is also slightly shorter, again because they cut a joke (about the plushie's ears lol) and part of the dialogue where Korn tells Win that he will stay with him (he tells him exactly the same thing a little while later after the funeral service (?), so it would have been quite repetitive)
- the scene where the doctor friend (white) shows up at the funeral is gone completely, maybe because it involves a joke about win's dead father...

scenes which are extended:
- the ice-cream scene is slightly longer at the end <3 ;)
- Win's waking up scene in the hospital is longer too i think, focussing on his confused state of mind

oh and there are way less weird pseudo-funny sound effects, for example when Korn's boss (?) flirts with him. they are way overdone in later episodes as well so I'm really hoping they have cut more of them. All in all i'm really happy with the re-editing!! ;)

this was one of the very first gay movies I watched, so I feel very nostalgic about it ;) I understand why people find the ending problematic though

I would still watch the youtube version, it's been slightly re-edited, which makes it even better imho !! ;)
