just completed watching episode 7 ; it wouldn't be a stretch to say that this show gave me real anxiety - the extremely crappy editting, not showing proper performance of the trainees, disadvantaged g group, that one hell of a "100% onsite voting" oh lord I am trying my best not to curse right now ; the trainees deserve an apology and therapy honestly -- loved the efforts and performances i love them all ; p.s. all the stuff I saw till now just makes THE zhang hao's rank in the final EVEN MORE iconic!!

i totally get you ; i couldn't even believe myself that i actually watched a 50 episode c drama , when i completed untamed;; yep it indeed was draggy at first and also the production was funny to me -- but I got too much invested in the story then so I kept watching (ps i almost dropped at 32 ep cause of the heart wrenching angst )

it was more like a trust the process and yea I was having a veryyyy boring life at that time so i actually would've watched anything so may be that helped

as a webtoon reader imo the "8 episodes only" thing is what butchered the show

read the webtoon and it'll make sense - weak hero wasn't supposed to only git YSE but everyone including gotak , baku, baek jin, juntae and everyone else (who weren't in show) they tried to copy that essense but alas it didn't fit that well because of the season 1

just seeing this as I was ia but yea i dropped after like 9 episodes
the angst on top of the draft pacing was not my cup of tea - maybe angst wasn't the problem cause it was well done in untamed comparatively

yep beomseok was a straight up jerk in the manhwa and totally deserved the beating 😭😭
