hmm why push to compete with an oversaturated genre every country is doing when u can rule your own genre other countries are too scared to properly touch. Thailand has some good non BL's but I don't think they should waste time putting effort to compete with Kdramas and Cdramas. That's asking to be buried. As long as non BL's are being made and pushed well but not negeletaing their main income it shoudl be okay. Thai actors too know what they are getting into when they choose to join the Thai industry. Most of the times the best way to succeed isn't by joining the crowd but doing something no one else is doing and then becoming the blueprint. Thailand's industry knows what its doing. Thats why. Bl's are why they are on the radar in the first place.
