Her legs and arms are photoshopped same for JY. It's fake dude of course she isn't actually fat... She's an actress. I understand it isn't believable because it's just their characters. It's fiction/pretend not real life. Fat distributes differently so her face isn't a good example. She may not be obese, if thats ur definitely of fat, but she isnt shown as skinny either.
