still in ep 8 but my ships are:

- kitami and chiaki (cardio doctor)
- otowa and suzuka (kitami's sister)
- hina (mer resident) and motoichi (mer medical engineer)

I'm glad in ep 7 they addressed the racism issue prevalent in japan (and all of east asia actually). There's really discrimination between POC and the citizens especially if you reside there (it's much less obvious if you're a tourist). There are even instances were POC are turned away from Japanese establishments just for being different (race,country etc.)
