Hi, sorry for the late reply😁 he knows that she wasn't sick in ep 10 (near ending). there's no such break up if im not mistaken. only when he knew she lied to him abt her illness hes really upset and mad at her. but later he will know the truth behind it from his aunty (i really forgot abt the eps since it has many eps tho😭) after that he chases after her and decided to get married in ep 34 or 35. later it tells abt their life as newlywed
