I completely agree. It’s rather bizarre.

He knows her character which is she willing to marry someone she doesn’t love just for money.

If he’s as rational and intelligent as the show portrays him to be, he’d clearly choose the SFL who is much more loyal him and can be a ladder for him to climb up the social ladder.

I just don’t understand why the ML has feelings for FL. He knows her personality and how she’s basically with the SML for money. She’s also disloyal in because she keeps swaying between the ML and SML so she’s a cheater too.

Why would a rational and extremely intelligent person like the ML like someone like that? It doesn’t make sense.

The 2nd ML is not a good friend. The only reason he likes the FL is because he knew the ML wanted her first

One of the few dramas where I really wish ML gets together with Second female lead. I look forward to their scenes so much.

All these Arabs throwing a fit over a show just reinforces what most people already think about them

I feel like this drama is rated highly because of people’s nostalgia for old tropes and cliches in kdramas. I don’t think this drama would be viewed favorably if it was released a few years ago when people were sick of the usual rom-com plot devices. Kudos to the team for capitalizing on the right timing to release the show

Does grandpa know hari is geumhui?

Taemu always stands up for hari like when minwoo says she’s beneath taemu’s level.
But hari has never stood up for taemu. Not once.
This drama was so funny and interesting when hari was geumhui. Now I’m just sad at my boy taemu constantly getting screwed over.

Hari was way better in the webtoon. This is disappointing to say the least.

Only about 4 episodes left and I still think hari doesn’t deserve taemu. He is just way too good for her. Hope the rest of the show can convince me otherwise

Why does the preview clips always make my heart break for taemu?

Yeah I get similar vibes from the show. Simple, sweet and uncomplicated story.
Perfect show to turn-off your brain and relax to after a long day

I hope I see these two things next week

1. I hope minwoo confesses and hari turns him down like what happened in the webtoon. Otherwise I feel like taemu will always feel like second choice.
2. I need hari to chase tae mu, this also kinda happened in the webtoon for a bit. I’m tired of seeing taemu getting shot down and I don’t think my heart can take it longer.

To be honest episode 8 synopsis kinda low-key frustrating to me.
Hari was waiting forever for minwoo to make a move but he didn’t. Now here’s along comes taemu who is better than minwoo in every way and has to courage to pursue her but she’s pushing him away. I just can’t figure out why she’s treating him this way. I really hope hari steps up big time for taemu in the upcoming episodes.

I started this drama actually not liking taemu for being overbearing. But now I completely change my mind and think he’s way too good for hari

Of course it’s not a Korean drama without the obligatory cringe foreigners scene

Ep6 tae-mu : I am going to confess because I like her and want to marry her

I agree, taemu right now feels like rebound/consolation prize.
I need a minwoo confession scene and hari rejecting him and choosing taemu over minwoo. In the webtoon, there is no room for doubt that she chose taemu

In episode 6, how are you guys interpreting hari’s expression when minwoo’s girlfriend was clinging onto minwoo in the restaurant.

She looked kinda upset. I think she’s still not over minwoo. Thoughts ?
