Ok i feel like run yu still his faults, but i agree JM made a lot of decisions in there. I agree! I loved the shamelessness though because it added to her cute character and it was just so funny for me >.<. Yes, even without her six senses Xuanji was was still able to cultivate and become stronger.
The FL in AOL didn’t even know what a di*k was... i mean i get she isn’t able to fall in love but did no one teach her this in 4000 years? I did understand her actions though, but i enjoyed her character a LOT more when she matured.

About the BL, I am a HEAVY BL fan and am JUST SO INTO BL. But, I can understand that you wouldn't like it so I won't force u to like it. However, due to Chinese censorship, "The Untamed" is only a brotherhood. In my opinion, they still have the BEST chemistry EVER even if they can't kiss or touch intimately. The sacrifices that the MLs made for each other and their trust in each other is really amazing. Even if they fight and misunderstand, they are still at each other's side and care about each other. I feel like you can still view this as a brotherhood though? so i hope that would be good enough for u
Also, if you just look past the BL or bromance or brotherhood or wutever, the plot is the best thing abt this drama. The protagonist is such an upbeat perseon who sacrifices himself to save others, but gets misunderstood by the hypocritical cultivation world, unable to protect the people he wanted to protect. SO ANGSTY SOMETIMES MADE ME SHED TEARS some of my fave characters died and his path is just incredibly sad and interesting from how he became a respected cultivator to the scum of the cultivation world

also i felt this drama started off slow... it took me a while to get used to the characters, because the first 2 episodes r pretty confusing with the time jumps forward and backward and stuff. if u find it confusing u can find summaries of the episodes online

"Joy of Life" is a MUST! The Story of Minglan is also one that I love sosoosos MUCH! Story of Minglan is a bit slow in the beginning but like after a sort of introductory thing it was soooo addicting. I also reccomend love and destiny.

My honest opinion: This show’s story is ok but not captivating, the leads can’t act, the CGI is the worst, and the FL is a spoiled brat. I thought she was strong at first but she is just so spoiled. No chemistry at all either, they just kind of fell in love? For no reason?
