I'm getting annoyed with the panelists complimenting people repeatedly as "brave" when they have had clear signals that the other person is not interested. Yifan especially. In season 6, Momo was actually brave and really clear that her emotions were her problem, liking LuKe was for her to figure out. It seems like it's always someone else's problem this season.
I really liked Duoduo from day 1. But in my opinion, I think she isn't entitled to demand that things need to work on her terms. There is nothing wrong with seeing her future with the person she wants to start a relationship with, but sometimes I think her dialogue does sound like what LeChen said about her, there's a little tone that sounds like she's comforting/rationalizing things to herself.
Immediately after, she told Chichi she understood what he meant at the dinner table with repeatedly using the word stable. He also wrote Yuanyuan's name first and filled her's out when she came for a card. I think the signals were likely much earlier and the production is editing to create drama.
When she was crying to Jueer, she kept saying oh my emotions are on my face and she is not mature enough to hide things. Yet, she still wanted to chat with him when the signals were clear because she needed it based on her personality style. I don't really like her conduct here but it doesn't make me like her less. Honestly thinking about the cameras and pressure that she's experiencing, I like her more if anything. She's really real and I appreciate those qualities, whether I agree or not.
Also shout out to Jue'er. She's a girl's girl and she's always been really sweet when she likes someone. She doesn't apply excessive pressure and she's aware she can be super awkward too. I hope she is able to find someone who is obsessed with her because she's such a sweetheart.
Honestly Xia Jiao is most the annoying person in the house. He seems only interested in worshipping Rulan and the way her tries to woo her is smothering and uncomfortable. I wish there was less of a focus because it's clear Rulan is not fussed by the 2 choices she has like Chichi.
