I think it was a carbonated drink. Since JH dropped the bottle so it impacts on the ground and it created a lot of sparkling bubbles, so it just seen like milk.

I think in the beginning of the novel the FL got a second chance at life when she got killed after she married the emperor. FYI the emperor was an ass. They might get rid of it for the drama censorship.

I think this drama was more a romantic comedy investigation. I barely see any violence.

As for now I just finished the latest Ep.**Zhu Zan was alway the ML and the man the FL love. FL & Zhu Zan will surely end up together unless some tragic ending**. The ML and the other two guy (Cheng Yu & Yun Zhao) that like the FL are not toxic, they actually cool with each other except the FL obsession Ex-Husband “Yun Qi”. That dude Yun Qi was an freak. **You will surely feel Second Lead Syndrome if you are those viewers that sympathy with a good Second Lead in drama.***

The drama could be good if they get a little more budget, better costume design, better cinematography, better set design and better script writer. I don’t mind about the cast that much.
The biggest problem for me is the lighting.

Damn that scene where the ML burn his wrist to know the FL pain when he heard that she die in the fire was too hurtful 😥😥😥😥.
