I got really depressed during the pandemic and working from home. But thankfully I was able to escape into k-drama world and that made it bearable. This drama especially holds a special place in my heart, it provided comfort and calm when I most needed it.
u see nothing wrong in dating someone who can hurt u? idk, i guess everyone has their own morals, but i personally…
I know they were more than friends. I saw the same drama as you did. But I also know that she likes him and he likes her and they have never tried to actually date. It probably won’t last (like most relationships), but that doesn’t mean it’s wrong to try. I also think a lot of her insecurities comes from how she was treated by her ex. Compared to him Jae Eon is an angel. Nabi choice wasn’t stupid, she wasn’t manipulated into it. She was lying to herself during the whole drama (even before Jae Eon appeared), but by the end she was honest with herself. But I know that you won’t agree with me no matter what I say, so I will stop replying now

She didn’t go back to the same relationship, what they did before wasn’t dating. He wasn’t willing to commit then (and he was honest about that, she was actually the dishonest one), now he is. She’s a grown up and decided it was worth the risk. It’s ok if you don’t like her decision, you don’t have to make the same one. But she chose to do what she wanted. She’s not agreeing to marry him, so she can back out any time. So where’s the harm in that?
Yes! I loved the ending. Nabi was finally honest with herself and in touch with her feelings and I loved how it was reflected in her art. She is young and inexperienced at relationships and I don’t see the issue with dating someone that you are attracted to even if you know it could end badly (unless that person is dangerous). She would probably regret it more if she didn’t. She and Jae Eon are not done with each other yet, that was obvious. They probably won’t get married, so what? They can always break up later. And no, she shouldn’t have chosen to date Do Hyuk, because she wasn’t in love with him. It wouldn’t have been fair to either of them. I know he’s a great guy, but he’s not the one for her, but plenty of other girls are interested in him.
I was also happy to see Sol and Ji Wan get together (they were so cute) and that the Kim Min Gwi-scandal didn’t break up Bit Na and Kyu Hyun.
Did Ashin kill the commander Chi Rok? She shot his deputy with the arrow but did not see if she killed Chi Rok
She didn't. He had already gone south because of the failed negotiations with the Japanese. Apparently his character appears in the second season, but I had forgotten about him.
Thank you! I almost never get SLS for the exact reason you pointed out. The female lead is a human being who is entitled to choose who she wants to be with. Not a price you can win by being "nicer" than your opponent. What makes the male lead more deserving of her love is that he is actually interested in her feelings, not just his own.
