What I meant to say is that when I see a 9.1 rating for this drama and compare it to other dramas with the same rating, I realize that I have enjoyed those other dramas significantly more than this one. For instance, "Moving" is among my top five favorites of all time, with every episode being perfect. Therefore, I believe a 9.1 rating for this drama is too high according to me.
