The episode started slowly but picked up pace in the second half. Overall, it was a good episode with potential to get even better.
I quite enjoyed the business dynamics and the mini-twists they incorporated to make it interesting through which they also explained the leads' story and connected them in a cool way. talking about The villain, Mr. Song, ... Although I felt bad for the main lead, such things happen in real life, so it was interesting to see.

Does the male lead genuinely dislike the headhunting process / headhunters, or was he disparaging /shit talking about it to the female lead just because it was his job and he wanted to prevent Mr. Yang from leaving the company?
He mentioned this to the female lead 2-3 times, saying that she wouldn't understand, which is why she probably doesn't like him.
