it was always there but because ppl started voting on the tags, the amount of % for some other ones was more which then moved the placement of that tag to the back and thus hidden it from view

it was because people started voting the tags (which moves the placement of them) some othrer tag have a higher % which them moved it a bit in the back and thus hidden it
